goodday.
Lately i experienced some money shortage.
I discussed this with a friend aboard his cargovessel the renewd valor.
He gave me some money some days to help me out, but he cant do that all the time due his own crew and family, also people could think i took some bribes.
He asked iff the navy didn't have some cargovessels who earned the money for the navy.

I couldnt answer because i dont no how many and iff there are any cargoships in the navy.
So my question is this:

I recently passed Norfolk shipyard and spotted this small vessel.

I landed on the station too inform about that ship.
Its a old prison ship with somme letters on the sidepanel like L-- H----go- --t-.
With most of its prisoncells removed it can now carry almost 4000 metric tons of cargo.

I think this ship could really help wih some money isseus for the navy.
Iff you give me permission too buy it i will completly cover the costs, too buy it i can get help from the valor for the first finances.
I will also hire a captain and crew who will run the ship for me and make money on tradingvoyages.
So there will be no extra shipmaintanace costs for the navy budget.

Could i have permission too buy this ship?

I think i can use this ship for some otherkind off roleplay, also i like too sit back and do some trading some days and so i can operate still for the navy.
I wont buy this ship until you give me permission because i would like it to be registerd as in wiki like

Dear Sirs,

This is my duty report for this date. I began my patrol from the New York area. I cleared all way points as according to protocol with minimal resistance due in part from a few rogues and Xenos. I proceeded to patrol California with minor disturbances. I returned to New York to find that a certain party named Raisu of the Hacker alignment came into Manhattan space with open communique requesting clearance to land for transfer of funds.

This clearance was given by senor officer [LN]-Christopher. I informed Raisu that he was to shut down power to weapons and only to transfer said items and then to leave space. He proceeded to do as informed but upon leaving Planet Manhattan he opened fire upon myself. I retaliated with extreme force upon his destruction 1.5 km from Planet Manhattan. No injuries were reported and my fighter has been restocked. I finished my patrol and watched as the new Prison liner LPI-Attica made its virgin voyage. That is all.

Greetings,

A little story about today, based upon information from various sources.

Whilst standing guard at Houston to scan incoming ships from Bering and Hudson, I picked up a Corsair Gunboat and repeatedly requested that they stop and do not jump into New York. They failed to obey and proceeded. At the jump gate, I scanned a Trader called Spectar that had a full load of Diamonds in their Percheron vessel. I lost them both immediately upon entering New York whilst broadcasting over the public channel for them to abide by the given orders. I proceeded to Fort Bush where I found a Bounty Hunter Battle Cruiser (their name escapes me now, but it had the [BH] tag on it and was the same vessel that had a skirmish with the Yoda Battlestar about 10 hours earlier in New York). This vessel was attacking Liberty forces and had such personnel in their hold. I questioned the matter and then an IMG Gunboat appeared next to me, which I requested to move along. It immediately opened fire and destroyed my vessel. This vessel was commanded by a Mercenary called Balkerac. Spectar contacted me via secure channel, asking who killed me and upon stating it was Balkerac they admitted that it was they who contracted them to assassinate me. Fortunately, I survived this horrendous attack.

I immediately contracted a good Bounty Hunter friend to terminate with extreme prejudice, this was fulfilled in orbit of Cambridge after a hunt through the Border and Edge Worlds. As always, Escape Pod technology prevailed and they survived. A bounty has also been placed on Balkerac but there has been no sighting or long-range detection as yet.

Once I had recovered and acquired a new ship, I returned to duty and noticed that Spectar was inbound from Cortez, so I quickly made for the California gate in New York where I soon encountered the felon. I committed a grave mistake here, I opened fire without even realising that they had purchased a new ship, a Bretonia Gunboat. At first they did not return fire so I inflicted heavy damage, but once they did attack I stood no chance thus fled for my life, eventually reaching Missouri. As soon as I got there, Spectar undocked from this base. I am dismayed as to why they were granted docking clearance. Thankfully I docked and repaired my new vessel.

After this event, I contacted my Bounty Hunter friend and they set off once again to terminate with extreme prejudice. At first, it seemed like they were heading for Rheinland via Texas, but soon after entering they noticed Spectar had returned to New York, most likely through the jump hole, so they also returned. Then it was noticed they were in Alaska, so clearance to enter was requested from LSF which was naturally denied. The hunt took a detour, the long route as it was realised they had gone to Omicron Minor. The Hunter decided that it was too risky to pursue given the considerable presence of Order and Corsair craft, as well as Nomad Bombers and despite Dark Wing also operating in the area.

According to Intel, Spectar had entered Minor with a Liberty Navy identification and were eventually questioned by the residents. Apparently, Spectar was seeking to improve their reputation with the Order and to hopefully take out missions for them. It was also reported that they had Liberty Navy personnel in their hold that they had captured from Minor or its surrounding systems, but it was rumoured that they were not attacking Bounty Hunter assaults. Unfortunately, a major storm suspended all operations and no further information is available at this time, the fate of Spectar has not been determined. Hopefully they are either dead already or will face the wrath of Omicron-90 where they were last detected after a chase through the Order Guard system by its operatives.

MESSAGE AMENDMENT

Interspace Commerce has since reported that one of their Liners encountered Spectar departing Zone 21 shortly after the storm passed and noted that they had a considerable quantity of Nomad species and weapons, as well as Liberty Navy Pilots, Cruiser Commanders and a Fleet Admiral which one can only assume were taken hostage in Alaska. Forces in New York were immediately notified of this matter, but it was claimed that no support ever arrived. Given the nature of the situation and despite the Navy Identification they possessed, which was in fact deemed to be fake, the IC vessel was ordered to uphold its allegiance with Liberty Navy by pursuing and eventually engaged the felon in Magellan, but was unfortunately unsuccessful in releasing the captives. Waterloo Station in New London reported that Spectar was last sighted docking with Cambridge Research Station with no confirmation that they have since departed. There are no reports regarding the welfare of the hostages. Interspace assured that they will continue to monitor the situation as much as their boundaries allow within Bretonia. I personally will also be keeping a very close eye on their position, as will my Bounty Hunter friend who is very eager to double their pay cheque.

Dear Sirs,

Upon this date the following is my report of my patrol of New York system. when I began my patrol I was stationed at Planet Manhattan scanning incoming and outgoing cargo for any contraband.

I received information from the LSF of inbound Xenos from the Colorado JG. I checked the JG and found it safe and clear then I was told to proceed to C3 for the engagement against the two Xenos. Upon arrival at said coordinates I joined with LSF-Fluid and LSF-Copeland along with Navy-Caleb.Avery. We engaged Xenox-Scepter and another of his companions whose name escapes my memory.

I tried my best to keep Scepter active and allow the others to deal with his friend. There was an explosion and I seen no other Xenos in the area so I assume they had taken care of him. While engaged I began to witness wierd conditions with my spacecraft. My controls became sluggish and my readouts were abnormal. Then I seen the Ion storm appear on the horizon.

I sealed up the cockpit and shut down my ship to ride out the storm. When I am able I will transmit this as soon as my power up is finished. Thank you and God bless Liberty.

Today was the maiden voyage of the hidalgo's-Fate.
Because i have too pay for some costs of this ship i decided too join the crew and ship on here first travel.

Oure first travel should go too Bretonia too deliver supplys for **Classified** Right before we docked we had some trouble in the engineering room, one of the 2 reactors aboard malfunctioned.

Here i noticed some good skills from the crew instead of running around in panic they quikly ran too there stations and did there job by saving the ship and bretonia space from a radioactive contamination.
Turns out that one of the coolinssystemsafetys failed.
After this incident the captain decided too take no risks and return back too norfolk shipyard for repairs.

On oure way back we passed Southampton shipyard and ran into a [QCR] patrol.
They scanned us and i immedetly took the liberty too ask permission too return too trade with bretonia stations this was granted by off. McKenna.

Upon arrivel in New York we had no more incidents.
At Newark station i had a talk with pilot who gave us the advice too install better turrets perhaps lvl 4 automatic defense turrets instead of the lvl 3's who are now installed.

Two troops await near a cycleing air lock out side the Albatross battle criuser Scornstar, with hand restraints in hand. The hatchway opens with a hiss.

The troops are met with a small 23cm black orb with a red pulseing ribbion bisecting the horizontal hemisphere, floating in the passage way.

Pyriel: Well men where would you have me go?

The troops indicated. So, Pyriel followed.

After Pyriel complete the due process it was time to make his statment.

I come to clear my name. I am former Lt. Pyriel Star. I served as a fighter pilot for the Liberty navy long ago. However I left went my term of active service was complete. I am originaly from Java station but we moved to Liberty after my father was slain.

I ended up working for a trader who I will not name they have done nothing wrong.

In short I found Gammu and started working on the machines there at thier request and my interest for new allies against the Outcast. I found there was an intelligence on the planet it said it was help me if I'd help it.
I didnt think even twice I jumped for revenge. I was a fool.

It "upgrade" some nanites and injected those into me to help maintain my function. We then started construction of new nanites to devoir the cardamine gene, it was to be my ultimate weapon against the Outcast dogs.

In a battle to get scans on Malta I ws killed or so I thought. Instead I awoke with in the foundries of Gammu.

In time I was given orders that did not promote my goals and yet I learned tohat it had gained control over me. I was ordered for reason Im not sure of anymore to harvest Liberty ships. This time I awoke and had no body I was a Zoner Juggernaught when I came online.

I attacked Liberty as I was forced and I harvested hundreds of ship and thousands of people. Among them in the processing chambers I found my mother..........The FTGW made me consume my own mother.
I died that day. Not in the physical since but, in the sense that I had lost what remained of my humanity after that I had no feeling I was a machine.

Later the battle with the Zoners over Gran Canaria occured and I was destroyed. The ZOners recovered my beacon and stopped it from transmitting my data back to Gammu. They brought me back as you see me now.

I have been wanted ever since. I have also been trying to destroy the plauge which is the Harvesters. I seek asylum to work on defeating them here. I also seek to find a way to atone for my crimes and clear my name. I am willing to donate to all the lost and unaccounted for persons lost to the Harvesters. I lack resources now but I wish to make things right.

I am awaiting a hearing and am prepared to answer all questions.

The guards lead Pyriel into heavily secured building, the security doors opening as they enter the code. Pyriel and the two guards walk inside as the blast doors close behind them.

They were inside a large room, which had the blast doors leading out on one side, and on the other side, a regular door, leading probably to the other room, in the center of the room there was a single desk with one chair, and a single light shining down and illuminating the desk. Pyriel moved towards the desk and waited there, as the guards stood behind him.

Suddenly the door on the other side opened, and a tall man walked inside. He was wearing the uniform of a high ranking naval officer and was carrying a briefcase, but remained in the dark mostly due to the nature of the room. He proceeded slowly towards the chair and sat down, his eyes examined the orb up and down as he opened the briefcase and pulled out some papers on the desk.

Talon: Good day, I am Admiral John Talon, and I've been sent here because we've received news of you wanting to...help us? So to speak...I'm very interested in what you have to say, especially all information regarding the Harvesters.

Talon took out some of the papers from the pile and pushed them towards Pyriel, his eyes gazing at him as if expecting an attack.

Talon: These are all the information we have gathered on the Harvesters so far, it is not much, but we haven't had much experience in dealing with a threat like this for a while. Some of the early encounters with them were easily taken care of by hacking or simply convincing the machine it was doing wrong. The newer encounters show that the machines have evolved, and have proven to be very resistant to hacking and other methods, destroying them is possible but they seem to have an inexhaustible amount of replacements. Any and all information you have to offer to us will be useful, so please, do speak.
