But first, I would like to thank you for helping us to find all your secret facilities and your hideouts. Indeed, with all the crap you have sent to us in our secure channel, you always left a little trace. Study of the "fragments" of your mess make us helps to locate those high value targets. The more things you do in our channels, the more we learn about your position. Subsequently, we are really close to find all your favorite "party places". [Summary: Ordronaux infected with Nomads was sterilized and docked at Norfolk. Recruit Toliman has relived himself from active duty until further notice or until given clearance by Commanding Officers.]
Pardon the delay, I was put on mandatory bed rest. Making my report now:
During my patrol arround NY, particularly security arround Manhattan, myself and two other (independent) LN officers began receiving strange transmissions from the "Ordronaux" orbiting Manhattan. Shortly thereafter, all aboard abandoned ship and make way to the Manhattan surface. During their decent, their captain, from the life pod, informed me that their ship had been taken over by Nomads. Quickly, I informed ground forces to secure and quarantine the landing pad. It was at this time the infected ship began to leave Manhattan orbit. I then issued a general statement along the lines as follows:
"To all ships within NY, Be advised, the Ordronaux is believed to be taken by Nomads. Civilian vessels, please steer clear of this ship. All battle ready ships are free to engage Ordronaux on sight."
A LNS ship responded to the scene and engaged the ship. At one point, the infected ship ceased fire and held position about 5 K from Manhattan by the trade lane to West Point. I approached the Ordronaux and made scans. No bios forms were detected by my scanners but the ship had decompressed. I began to prepare to board the ship. I made sure to secure my Bio Suit, an extra canister of air and light arms, for protection. After prep, I began decompression procedures. Approximately 5 minutes, I was aboard the ship.
My entry point was from the cargo bay, I then began to proceed towards the bridge. Upon entering the bridge I tried to begin manual shutdown of all systems, however, the ship engaged its engines and continued arround New York. At this point I began to tried to regain control of the ship, but I am not completely familiar with BHG technology.
Approximately 10 minutes after, the engines stopped about 6k from Norfolk Shipyard. I assumed that I had finally gained control of the ship, however the ship board computer began emergency purge procedures. Quickly, I made my way to the remaining escape pod and launched. I initiated my homing beacon and my fighter arrived shortly thereafter. I then boarded my ship began sterilization. After this process, I attached a grapple to the ship, and with the aid of a passing ship, towed the Ordronaux to Norfolk for inspection and further sterilization. I proceeded to Battleship Missouri and went to Medical for checkup and observation. During this time, Missouri and Norfolk detached themselves from the network, save for emergency comms.
Doctors report no anomalies were found during tests and no evidence of nomadic infection. However, I will be put on surveillance for 3 days with bed rest. After which, I am allowed planetary leave on Manhattan until further notice. I am currently writing this report on the second day of bed rest, I will be departing for Manhattan tomorrow at 14:00 (Monday).
The doctors on Manhattan reported no anomalies and no evidence of nomadic infection, crew will be put under 3 day's surveillance then released.
Comments: I feel that I may have overstepped my bounds as a recruit, and if that is the case, I apologize. However, in my defence, I acted with the interest of the safety of Liberty and its citizens in mind. I also feel that boarding the Ordronaux was poor judgement and a very bad idea in the first place. If there are any more questions, feel free to contact me.
On another note, I'd like to know who is my commanding officer. Of course I'll obey all orders that are given to me by the Officers of the LN. I just would like to know, who I directly report to.

To the Desks of Ageira CEO/President Johnathon Michael, Liberty Security Forces Director Brian Copeland, and the Foreign Affairs Office,
I am not sure I have been formally introduced to any of you besides Director Michael. My name is William Betthel. I am the Assistant Director of Operations for Ageira. It is my duty to oversee transportation and exchange of equipment and products to DSE and onto Gate sites throughout Sirius. This means that at times Ageira will send their own trade ships along DSE used trade routes and send inspectors to sites. As a notion of good faith to my fellow inspectors, of whom I lead, I chose to examine both the Tau-31 Gate Site as well as the Chugoku Gate site in Hokkaido, Kusari Space. The run to Tau-31 went off without a hitch. The escorts dealt well with the few troublesome pilots along the route.
This report is of the inspection trip to the Chugoku Gate. I left Pueblo station aboard the Northern Star, it was a EL-HiL51 "Mammoth" Liberty Transport. On board was a shipment of Gate Parts heading for the Chugoku Gate site. We reached it without incident.
However, this is where the simplicity of the journey ends. Upon the end of inspection I boarded the EMPTY Northern Star and we began our journey back to the Colorado system. Before we left the Hokkaido system I requested the captain take me to the Kusari Battleship Matsumoto ,which was stationed near the gate site, so that I could pay my respects to the Admiral on board.
Upon departure from the battleship I retired to my room within the Northern Star. Halfway to Roppongi Station, near Yokohama Shipyard, I was summoned out of my room and to the bridge. It was there that I was informed that we were being harassed by an unidentified Officer of the Kusari Navy. Upon request I informed them of who I was and what I was doing within Kusari space. The Officer in question refused to identify himself and kept claiming our coms could do it for us. The coms couldn't identify the ID code he was using. The Officer proceeded to insult me by stating that Ageira employees never leave Liberty Space. Due to some delays in response and the interesting paranoia of his second, accusations of nomad infestation were thrown at me. Thoroughly insulted I still desired to end this peacefully. I encouraged the officer to meet me in space near Roppongi Station. I was greeted by the fully powered Kusari Battleship Nagato.
Upon their realization I was aboard a Mammoth, they proceeded to assume that Ageira Assistant Directors didn't travel in trade ships and accused me of being a spy. While discussing how to handle this accusation with the Captain of the Northern Star, the officer then proceeded to accuse us of being smugglers. The fact that I carried official cargo logs AND registration logs with Kusari seemed to be inconsequential to the views of this officer. While compiling the complete files, the Nagato stated in the open Communication Channel that we were to be attacked for failing to comply.
The issue was they hadn't issued any orders to us in either the private coms they were using with us or the open channel and so we were attacked unprovoked. The shields and hull were little match for the firepower of a fully operational battleship. Suffice that it provided us just enough time to get to the escape pods before the Nagato fired a final salvo destroying the Northern Star. Roppongi Station quickly tractored in our pods. I was immediately examined for any injuries. Upon release from the medical ward I compiled this message.
I would also like to report that the sudden attack of the Nagato destroyed all records both visual and audio of the incident.
I believe certain actions need to be taken in response to this. However, I leave the decisions up to the Foreign Affair Office on Manhattan and the higher ups within Ageira. This report has also been sent to the LSF to for security reasons. I hope that future messages aren't so filled with dire news.

Re: Slave transportation license/LN officer reaction
Greetings sirs,
Today I contacted an officer of yours, a Mr. William Darkmoor, with a simple question to pass on to the LN leadership. However I was met with hostility and threats.
in his first response he implied he thought of me as a cardamine smuggler. Shocked I then asked if he was aware of the ZAS, he replied in the negative. I then attempted to inform him of our organisation, our intentions, and proposed operations.
He responded multiple times "Transport slaves and you will die" and other alterations of this.
I personally felt he was being aggressive towards us, even though I had said we are waiting upon licensure.
Please direct all your pilots to your message archives, so they are aware of current events within Liberty. Worse still if we received license and your uninformed pilots are unaware, lives are at risk. Not just our own but thousands of innocents we are trying to help.
Anyhow, the message I wanted passing on through him was this:
When can we expect a response to our request?
I have heard several positive rumours, but within what timeframe should these be confirmed or denied?
And finally, If we were to receive license when would it be issued?
Several ships have been equipped and furbished if this is to be issued in the very near future, if the decision will be delayed for an extensive period of time no more pilots will be recruited. Remember that the longer this decision is delayed, the less effective our operations will be. More slavers will be active, more traders will be active, slaves we could have helped will be moved to inaccessible locations. We want to help as soon as legally possible, for those being exploited's benefit.
Also please inform your officers that we are, and shall remain lawful

LN and LPI specifically) I also believe Ageira is CLOSELY tied to both the LSF and LN due to their possession of Gate and Lane Technology.//
