Third day on the job and again, I had an eventful day. Here is my report:

I started my shift, departing from Planet Manhattan. I linked up with the LSF and LN officers that were on patrol at the time. I took my usual circuit to West Point then to Norfolk, however on the way there, LSF Officer Mike Edwards was pursuing a Corsair by the name of AngryDee*pirate*. A brief fight erupted and I was awarded my first kill.

After this fight, I proceeded to Norfolk to find a trespasser at Zone 21. On long range scanners, he was also detected in Alaska. The Dawn, BlackDeath, DW Zortex and I opened fired after we explained his mistake. He, however escaped with major damage.

I continued patrol through Fort Bush and back to Manhattan when I found a smuggler by the name of Yellow Freight. I ordered him to drop the cargo, however he responded with laser fire. The Dawn, MidnightMass and I quickly destroyed his vessel.

After we finished the smuggler, I found Solari near the California Jumpgate with a trader and another navyman by the name of Aractron. The trader made a run for it while I engaged him. I was able to stay alive until DW Rakeur in a stinger and Dunyain in an Arwing arrived and fought him as well. I ordered Laklas in a Liberty Gunboat to withdraw, fearing Solari's supernova cannon will destroy him. After a long drawn-out fight, Raekur's missiles finally disabled him and I was able to get my second kill.

After the incursion at the California Gate, I recieved a tip about an Outcast Destroyer near West Point. I was able to switch craft to a Havoc II Bomber, (With the permission of Commander MacTavish) and found the destroyer. I called in for reinforcements while I cut the tradelanes. Laklas, in a Liberty Gunboat, a KoF AutumnWind (in a bomber) and DW Raekur with his Stinger arrived and we attacked. The destroyer was finally obliterated, KoF AutumnWind getting the kill.

Update on the latest Order invasion:
After several showed their heads in Z21 for a quick raid, they noted the incredibly numbers we for once had managed to dispatch in time. Order Osiris Tenabras quickly returned the way he came. And at that point, it was in general agreement that we were sick of these Order insurgents dispatching large numbers of capital ships to harrass the innocents of Manhattan.

Unleashing the full forces of any and all authorized to pass through, and even some who weren't, we soon had nearly a dozen engaged with their three capital ships. Whilst we were unable to punish Tenabras and the Legacy for past crimes, we were able to quickly annihilate the third. Seeing that they had no chance, Tenabras and Legacy both made a hasty retreat for Minor.

Ordered not to pursue, we broke off and repaired. Our losses numbered two ships, but I believe their pilots are in safe hands.

This is getting ridiculous. In the last week we have been raided nearly a dozen times. I am not usually trigger happy, but we need to take the fight to them and show these delinquents what it means to mess with the Navy.

OOC: Foolish me did not take any images, however I believe Gaf and company may have, we had a rather large force patrolling Liberty, even the ones who didn't engage the battleships.
On following up the reason for the invasion with the Legacy, he said that one of their pilots was stuck in Conneticut and needed to get out. This is no reason to come into Liberty firing off random shots, all they need to do is ask.

Pregur here. I'd like to thank officer Ethan for helping me. After 3 days without any sleep, food or fuel, my ship was stuck in Alaska near Fairbanks. I didn't want die out there so i send a signal to officer Ethan.Tamner. With his help i managed to get back in NY. After that I've been in Medical.

I don't know from where to begin, but first I want to apologise to all the Officers in the LN. I could see what i was doing, but i couldnt stop it. I curse the day when i constructed that sub.space beacon. I'll be recovering soon and i wont repeat my mistakes. God...am glad that the nightmare is over.

Am not sure if I can take it anymore, I cant face those aliens again. The doctors told that when i broke free from their control that nearly killed me. Another attempt and that will be the end for me. I hope you all understand what I've been trough.

Another eventful day in Liberty space it seems, more Order attacks, pirates and smugglers galore. My report details many of the day's encounters:

Once again the Order have attacked Liberty, apparently on a 'rescue mission'...bringing two Battleships and a cruiser, unlikely. The fact that they so brazenly attack us with no other objective than the complete destruction of Liberty (rescue mission was obviously a cover), is in m mind unacceptable, and share Recruit William von Darkmoor's opinion of the matter. See report 5-B for details. After much heated discussion, it was decided by High Command to not chase the perpetrators in Omicron Minor, and i believe that this was the correct decision at the time. My friend in the Bounty Hunter Battleship Sangraal was standing by in Omicron Delta for a tactical surge on Minor, however the stand down order was received. The Commander of the Sangraal also requested to be stationed at Norfolk Shipyard, in New York, in the inevitable event of more Order attacks. His request was granted by the C.O at the time, however he was reminded that this position was only temporary, awaiting official sanction from Liberty Navy High Command. The Sangraal is currently re-fueling and getting supplies for the dangerous trip to New York, and the commander wants to be 100% sure his journey is worth while, so he has asked i post the official request in this report:

Well, back to the official report:
Smugglers were awry in Liberty today, we simply couldn't get enough officers to apprehend these cardamine-shipping, slave-driving scum. A spate of smuggling attempts occurred in Texas, where two pirates, by the names of Dreamer, Cardi.Cake.Express and Dumpster. At first, there was just the two transports(Dreamer and Dumpster), and thought i could handle them. Unfortunately, very soon later, an Outcast Destroyer came to their aid (Cardi.Cake.Express), and was forced to flee, letting the smugglers go. However, help was soon at hand in the form of LNS-Dutch.Oven, [LN]-Galen.Anderson, [LN]-Matt.Pregur, and the Acusser.II. The target was soon taken down, and would like to thank these pilots for their assistance in the matter. Unfortunately, the smugglers managed to evade the fire-fight and escape to deliver their illicit goods.

Soon later, however, we got the call that Outcasts, in the elite {SOB} division, were invading Texas with a Destroyer and two fighters (only one fighter was Outcast, the other Mercenary). We awaited backup backup from [LN]-Nevaeh.Serenity, and then we attacked the Outcasts with our full force. They were quickly overwhelmed, the destroyer being taken down by the LNS-Dutch.Oven, after which, the capitals called back to New York to defend. The Outcasts managed to take down one Navy fighter, but his escape pod was soon recovered in the deserts of Planet Housten. However, in spite of this loss, we won the battle, and have hopefully discouraged any further attacks in the future.

Whilst going back to dock at Housten for repairs and supplies, two known smugglers; Dumpster and Brainfreeze were picked up attempting to smuggle innocent slaves out of Texas. I was not going to let them do it, and requested the immediate transfer of slaves to Battleship Mississipi, and for them both to pay the $4mil fine. They scrambled, and i chose to target Dumpster (as i had caught him twice already today), my ship was not sounding the best, the outcast battle severely damaged her, and was running low on emergency shield and hull repair mechanisms. Luckily, [LN]-Matt.Pregur came to assist, and we took down Dumpster. Unfortunately, many of the slaves perished in the explosion, however over 400 were recovered by the LNS-Dutch.Oven and the Enchanted, and returned to Planet Housten for medical treatment. Once again, the other smuggler escaped, but i am sure he will be caught sooner or later...

I was called back to New York minutes later, returning to Manhatten for extensive repairs, when yet another smuggler undocked from Manhatten, hauling Counterfeit Softaware. Luckily i was not alone this time, and we soon had the place in lockdown, demanding that the target, a well-known smuggler, Tobias Vaughnm, drop the software and pay the fine. This particular smuggler has a habit of running from the law, and we took down his shields just in case he decided to do anything stupid. He did attempt to run, however Manhatten had to re-open its docking ring to allow a severely damaged transport emergency landing, and Tobias took this as his chance to land and escape. Unfortunately, he managed to land on Manhetten, and is most likely disposing of the evidence, but little does he know, we have it all on tape. Ground searches of the planet came up empty, however i am sure he will be back.

After this, long range scanners picked up another known smuggler, who i have personally fined myself; White_Elephant. Scanners determined he was in California, and with the recommendation of my superior officer, myself and the LNS-Dutch.Oven went to investigate. We found the smuggler at the jumpgate to an independent systems, and engaged cruise as soon as he saw us coming for him. After scanning his cargo bay, we were shocked to find captured Liberty Navy, Liberty Police and Civilian pilots all held hostage by this scum. He refused to drop the pilots after an official request was made. He was now classed as threat-level 1; to be engaged on sight and killed in order to retrieve the hostages. After a long chase through California, he managed to dock at a pirate base. Lord knows what happened to the hostages there.

After all that, my ship was almost falling apart, and i needed to dock ASAP to get extensive repairs. My mechanic told me that it would take some time to repair vital systems and get shields and weapons back online. Right now, i am in the California system, typing this report whilst my ship is getting fixed.

Also, sometime during the day, we got attacked repeatedly by [Maf] criminals, however the Order incident took priority, and the details of the Maf incidents were lost during damage taken in the Outcast incident.

Lots of strange goings on this morning.
While LNS-Dawn was escorting someone out of the system, he found himself attacked by multiple contacts including an Outcast at the Texas gate. Themis was at Norfolk when we received the distress call, and headed for the Texas gate at best speed. Our arrival quickly turned the tables on the hostiles.

I heard reports that this Hostile had already been engaged and destroyed by LNS-Dawn at Norfolk, thus I ordered him to leave. He responded with weapons fire, so I re-iterated my point:

Soon after, I got the call that El-Dorado-Enterprise had been caught smuggling Artifacts through Zone 21, and Themis raced to assist. The chase went into Alaska and the suspect was then seen to dock at Prison Station Fairbanks. With both LNS-Themis and LNS-Dawn waiting outside, he was heard shouting "I'm not coming out!"
Somewhat ironic.

Another eventful day for me. I linked up with the Liberty Navy officers and Liberty Security agents on patrol. I proceeded to Texas due to some interesting comm signatures originating from that system. A LNF fighter with the pilot's name Derek Applegate was already stationed there when a SOB and Cardi.Cake.Express began to make their appearance. With them were 4 smugglers. Mr.Applegate and I attacked, however we were heavily outgunned as we were both in Avengers against a Falcata bomber and an Outcast Destroyer. I called in help on my channel, with David Hale arriving to assist. The destroyer shot down Hale and eventually Mr.Applegate and I as well.

This has been the second attack in two days. We were able to repel the attack yesterday night, however today was much more of a hassle. Their tactic is bringing in Cardi.Cake.Express with a sabre or a falcata at this instance and attack while the smugglers drop off their illegal goods. I was able to take evidence of one of the smugglers, however I believe they all had the same cargo.

After I was able to get my bomber, I patrolled New York finding more pirates. I asked [Maf].S.Agent56 to leave Manhattan space, however he refused and another battle ensued. Jettestream_Shy arrived and assisted, however he was destroyed.

After key hits from my magma hammers, I was able to get a torpedo to strike his engine, instantly killing him. However, I was greeted with [Maf].Don.Spero and [Maf].MM.Nexx. I was already damaged from the first fight and couldn't take much more punishment. I, again ejected from my ship and was brought to Manhattan.

They had a loaner Avenger waiting for me at Houston to finish my shift off. LNS-Dawn and I enforced the Embargo, and waiting for any more smugglers to appear. The smugglers did not re-appear, however Harvester_01 was seen. I orded the Harvester to leave, which he did with no trouble. I finished checking the Bering and Hudson jumpgates and returned to the Mississippi to end my shift.

There is a high chance of another smugglers' galor at Houston, with the appearance of SOB and Cardi.Cake.Express. Also I believe we should make a public service announcement concerning the Embargo with Rheinland. There are many traders that are either unaware, or ignorant of the Embargo.
