I'm forwarding some evidence in regards to two known hostile AI-Cruisers. They have engaged us in total of three to four times. We have managed to receive the logs of a Siege-Cruiser Captain confirming the hostile intentions of these two bogeys. Also, the second evidence (B) will show one of the AI-Cruisers asking to be turned in, of course if it was programmed previously to attack us, I would not risk anything. You can clearly read said AI-Cruiser's intentions of attacking us in the future once more after it was shot down, thus my suspicious were correct afterall. Probably an attempt to lower our guard down.

I request an immediate removal of the docking rights for these two AI-Cruisers, additionally issue a KOS order on both of them. They need to be struck down, once and for all.

Lieutenant John Smith

A pilot who does his job in and outside the battle-field. A recently promoted Lieutenant but is rapidly improving his overall skills and fulfilling the rank to its fullest.

Strengths:

• Fast-responsive
• Extremely good at recon
• Follows clear orders with precision
• Steadfast survivability during combat
• Manages pressure well
• Eagle-Eye
• Possess a clear view of the laws and its applications

Required improvements:

• Aim (is however rapidly improving)
• Greater tactical knowledge (comes with experience)
• Leadership skills (I will test you in due time)
• Greater combat efficiency (dealing damage)

Lieutenant Matt Smith

Besides utilizing a different fighting-style and equipment, he is almost identical to his brother when it comes to on-field behaviour and skill possession.

Strengths:

• Fast-responsive
• Medium-level marksmanship
• Follows clear orders with precision
• Steadfast survivability during combat
• Manages pressure well
• Possess a clear view of the laws and its applications

Required improvements:

• Greater tactical knowledge (comes with experience)
• Needs to be able to keep a cool head when dealing with annoying elements
• Leadership skills (I will test you in due time)
• Greater combat efficiency (dealing damage)

Lieutenant Hank Kapinos

Technically a Commander who chose to downgrade himself in order to fully commit his time on the field rather than spending it on paper-work. Understandable and fully acceptable given his extremely well-made possession of combat-skills. He is one of our best combat-pilots. However, he seems to neglect the application of the laws and tends to act very trigger-happy. Similar behaviour as Lt. Maximo Valeri.

Strengths:

• Fast-responsive
• Follows clear orders with precision
• Extremely good tactical mind
• Extremely good marksmanship
• Extremely good survivability during combat

Required improvements:

• Greater knowledge of the Liberty Laws and its applications
• Greater respect for the Laws

Sub-Lieutenant Joseph Tippman

One of our best interceptors, this man has been responsible for successfully hindering more than just one hostile target from escaping justice. He is showing promise to receive the rank of Lieutenant.

• Navigational expert
• Extremely good interceptor
• Medium-level marksmanship
• Follows clear orders with precision
• Steadfast survivability during combat
• Manages pressure well
• Possess a clear view of the laws and its applications

Required improvements:

Ensign Barney Ross

A rather quiet pilot but has shown promise in his combat abilities. His marksmanship skills are not to be taken lightly. He is showing promise to receive the rank of Sub-Lieutenant but has still a few aspects to improve.

• Follows clear orders with precision
• Manages pressure well

Required improvements:

• Greater tactical knowledge (comes with experience)

A humble person who rather lets his comrades receive a reward for a job well done than himself. A trait that is both rarely found and honourable. By possessing this personality alone has he managed to earn my respect, but that is not to neglect his abilities to do his job on duty.

Ensign Anna Veers

A pilot who most of the time does her job but tends to act out bad decisions when no superior officer is present and is forced to make independent decisions. Some decisions have lead to major political and/or diplomatic complications for the Liberty Navy. Although everyone are allowed to make mistakes, they have a limit.

• Fast-responsive
• Follows clear orders with precision

Required improvements:

• A lot greater knowledge of the Liberty Laws and its applications
• Greater tactical knowledge (comes with experience)
• Greater survivability during combat

Recruit Tia Whitehall

Our only Light-Fighter pilot but one who represents the stated ship-class in a really good light. She knows that Liberator inside-out and is an extremely well-trained support-pilot. However, she tends to act a bit unsure during certain situations but hopefully a longer experience on-field will improve her confidence in herself.

• Extremely good support pilot
• Good interceptor pilot
• Extremely good survivability during combat

Required improvements:
