Greetings sirs,

After escorting a Zoner "Nephilim" ship out of Liberty and into Kusari, the escort group came across a Wraith who's pilot claims to be a sergeant in the LSF by the codename of Agent Champion. Admiral Teerin was with us but had to leave immediately due to an emergency concerning the Gallia front. I was the only ranking officer left on the scene, so I had no choice but to deal with the pilot in question.

Naturally I questioned the pilot with regards to his operation and if what he is saying is truthful. He assured me that it is within the Directorate's knowledge.

I would like to point out that I was flying a bomber-class vessel at the time of confrontation and that the pilot did not show any sign of hostility during the encounter. And that if the pilot did open fire, I would be sending this transmission from an escape pod.

His story was that he and his team reverse engineered a Wraith wants to apply it to our own Avenger-class strikecraft.

He asks for clearance to fly around Liberty for some time to continue the operation.
