Report...

In the Texas system while moving to the New york jumpgate from Planet Houston. Found a small Sunburst freighter going with the callsign Har13qin loaded with Cardamine.. he jumped into the trade lane before i can ask him to cut his engines. Followed him back to the planet via the lanes where i then asked him to Cut his Engines hoping he would comply before he docked... unfortunatly he did indeed dock and was able to unload his illegal cargo. I did however was able to capture a guncam photo of his hold carrying the cardamine. I have attached the photo below.

I must begin by thanking you for the promotion. I will not fail you.

Today, I received an anonymous hint stating that a new base had been built within Liberty space, and I immediately went and checked the co-ordinates. Indeed, there was a new base in California system, called Vrbina Station [ Guncam1 ] at the location shown here [ location ] where the ship icon is, in sector D6, within scanner range of the passing trade line. I was also able to meed the owner of said base, who had not been informed of the registration procedure for a base within Liberty space. Docking was not allowed for primary fleet vessels. Let's hope that gets fixed as soon as the owner contacts you. Also, I am attaching the name of the ship that claimed he was the owner of this base:

I am not sure if the other base I stumbled upon in New York has been reported already or not, but today, I noticed a heavily fortified base near Detroit Munitions, named Tears Collector [ Guncam2 ] , but as I approached the station to take a closer look, it opened heavy fire, which damaged my ship, so I performed evasive maneuvers and escaped it's fire. The station appears to be hostile to all ships approaching it. Again, my apologies if this base has already been reported, but if it is not, the base poses a serious threat to Detroit Munitions and the New York system.

That would be all for today's findings. I will file the report on last week's actions later, since the guncams are not accessible now and I decided that this was much more important.

To the Admiralty and High Command,

This is an urgent and official report concerning Congress activity within Liberty space and at our borders. I have been authorized by the Security Forces executives to share the following sensitive information with you:

As you may already be informed of by now, agent Veto of the Security Forces uncovered that the Congresspeople facility known as 'La Fortazela' in Puerto Rico, situated at a mere pitch away from Texas, contained within its storages a ludicrous ammount of Cardamine, 30,000 units to be exact, all ready to be shipped and delivered to Liberty.

Of course, the Congress did not take this lightly as the LSF began destroying the Cardamine. The Congress then actively engaged the Security Forces along with our own Navy backup:

Fortunately, no lawful elements were lost during this skirmish while the Congress were dealt a rather severe blow, losing three of their vessels. As can be seen on the element presented before, the Congress can be seen using a wide variety of vessels, and a keen eye can spot them using such illegal technologies and vessels as the infamous Pirate transport, or the little known yet deadly Gaian bomber.

It only took a few minutes afterwards this event for Texas to be on high alert and the fleet be mobilized to blockade the Puerto Rico hole. During the lockdown, a Rogue Gunboat was unlucky enough to be caught in our net, only to be swiftly dispatched by the Security Forces.

At first, I was ordered to stay by the California jumphole within Texas to scan all incoming vessels, but Admiral Teerin re-assigned me on watchdog duty in Magellan, where I have intercepted several Congress vessels fleeing from the premises of Puerto Rico through Kansas and Magellan, most of these vessels surprisingly empty, none of them carrying anything of interest. I have left them with a stern warning and perhaps grim implications about their future.

Vermins breed vermin, though, and I was soon face to face with a Royal Navy pilot who seemed to have a keen interest in the Congress. As the Congress ships intercepted were not in violation of any Liberty laws, nor were they any threat, I couldn't let the Royal Navy pilot get the beat on them and distracted her just long enough for the Congress to not matter anymore. By then, my backup in the form of Ensign Ross and Secondary pilot Tommy Vengeance had arrived and I took the role of acting squad leader.

We kept on screening incoming Congress ships along with the Vigilance until Magellan was deemed too hot with Royalists for the effort to be worth it and our forces were asked to pull back as to not get into any unneccessary fights by Captain Ericksson. A skirmish nearly happened between our forces and the Gallics' by the Magellan gate, but I reminded the pilots of their orders and we proceeded with our safe retreat to Libertonian space, where I signed off my shift.

The Congress definitly are up to something, even moreso if the Gallics have their eyes on them. I don't know what it is you're brewing up there, but something must be done about them in the light of this troubling report I am presenting you.

As a side note, Secondary pilot Tommy Vengeance has shown remarkable behavior during the operation under my wing, and I would recommend a citation to the pilot. Ensign Ross has also shown examplary discipline, he's a bright element to our forces.

Approximately at 0040, I received a distress call from LPI recruit Jason Walker, as he was was in an engagement with two pirate bombers near Planet Bruin in Pennsylvania Star System. I was able to catch the recruit in a fight -strangely- with a 'Waran' civilian and 'Eclipse' Gallic civilian. We were able to shoot down the Eclipse quickly. However, recruit Walker wasn't lucky enough as he was taken down by the Waran in a swift move. I managed to retrieve his pod, Leaving me fighting the Waran single-handed. However, another pirate Eclipse joined the Waran in attempt to shut me down. However, both of the pilots showed lack of experience, as I was able to neutralize them both.

Once the engagement was over, officer John Armada from the secondary fleet had joined, as well as the 'Atlantis'-class L.N.S Retribution. Shortly after, a lane hacker ship appeared on my radar, my avenger was not in a condition suitable to engage in another fight. Leaving officer Armada in charge, I headed back to Philadelphia station for repairs and rearm. Once I returned back to the scene, I-disappointingly found officer Armada chatting with the said hacker. However, it soon changed back to the pace of action, as both of us engaged the hacker, while L.N.S Retribution kept on stand-by position.

We were able to greatly damage the ship. However, the hacker seemed to be lucky enough as my cruise disruptor targeting system and circuits were malfunctioning in the asteroid field. However, after multiple attempts to cease the hacker's ship. My ammunition stock quickly rank out, as officer Armada had jumped to the California system in case of a counter-attack. Which also allowed the hacker to run away.

Sirs, Ma'ams.

During the course of my patrol, I found a wing of the Vereinigte Widerstandsarmee in the Magellan system, of all places. Upon investigation, I could not find anything that linked them to any illegal conduct, so I complied with standing naval policy on those people, escorting them through Libertonian space and back into Rheinland. They were quite cooperative. One of them, a Alexander Meier suggested the idea of a Naval aide being sent to further liaise between the two organisations. That is for Command to decide.

As a token of further goodwill, they also provided evidence on a Junker Transport found carrying Cardamine...again. While this one was not affiliated with the Junkers Congress, I believe that every little evidence of wrongdoing amongst junkers as a whole will add up in the minds of the Judges.
