Regarding: Battlegroup Auxesia Hostility Status

[This is a copy of a message from the LSF Operational Data Center.]

This message is intended to inform all on this net that members of the organization "Battlegroup Auxesia" are now to be regarded as enemies of the Republic of Liberty and are to be shot on sight by all Liberty lawful forces, firstly for collaborating with Nomad and Hellfire entities, and secondly for resisting arrest and running from LSF agents.

Three members of the Battlegroup Auxesia, who all share a transponder tag and will hereby be referred to as "A/)", were stopped by LSF Agents Tracer, Hellcat, and Phantom, along with a Bounty Hunter by the name of Mephistoles in the Pennsylvania system, outside of Philadelphia station. After a short period of questioning concerning their well-documented collaboration with a Nomad lifeform as well as their ties to the Hellfire Legion and earlier (violent) incident with two LPI officers, they agreed to be taken into custody on LPI Sugarland. However, when Hellcat escorted them to Sugarland, they decided to take a detour to the Bering jump gate. Attempts by Tracer, Mephistoles, and Phantom to pursue them was met with a disabled trade lane, which was hit with a nuclear mine by a freelancer Hayabusa named Moonmoth. With the aid of Mephistoles, Tracer was able to dispatch of the traitor, although Hellcat was unable to continue pursuit of A/) forces.

Their complement of three fighter craft, two heavily armed Sabres and one Bayonet, were able to escape into the Bering system. Long-range scanners were able to pick three fighter-sized signatures fleeing into the Hamburg system, but they were unable to track them any further. While a proper diplomatic solution to this mess is worked out, their status is now kill on sight. Additionally, the Freelancer Moonmoth is to be considered an enemy of the state for assisting in the escape of all three A/) members and is also to be considered kill on sight..

Agent Phantom II,

The Liberty Navy appreciates and values the information you have provided regarding this group. We have had previous report on suspicious activities in regards of this group and from what it looks like, things are accumulating to an extent that we can not tolerate. However what is most needed at this time is solid evidence of their actions. If you do have more well documented, evidence, preferably visual, now is the time agent. Time is a factor, the sooner the better.

A "kill on sight" approach is yet too early to be approved, hence I have to dismiss that instruction and will try a slightly different approach. The Navy will soon contact them regarding these breaches of the law and start an investigation on the matter. That's where we're going to need the evidence. On the meantime I will instruct the troops to use caution, inspect their units and document anything they may find.

Good Evening,

Good evening and, Happy New Years to all my superiors and fellow officers. I ship had jumped into New York today, a cheeky little stealth cruiser. Officers were hunting like mad for it, and I decided to spread out and investigate, I received a private transmission, the captain of the cruiser itself, telling me it was at Pittsburgh. I... decided to follow the transmission, and it was true. Long story short, this person I recognize as a fellow countryman, they fought for Liberty's freedom and honor, and for that I honor them. And I hope we can welcome Ms. Buriet back with open arms to Liberty. I don't like to ramble, so find the entire talk below.

Good Evening,

Todays report is once again a fiery one, a lot of fighting going on. First we responded to the crew at Park Avenue, apparentally some force of bombers had engaged it. The LNS Harmony drove it off, but the ensuing snub brawl was intense, but we came out on top. Find a few pictures of that below.

Next event is another brawl, this one heavier. We were patrolling the Manhattan lane to Fort Bush, and encountered a large force fighting. A Tridente Gunboat, Scylla Destroyer, and even a Ranseur. We logged in force to combat it, and the threat was soon eliminated, even got the final shot off on the Cruiser.

Last report of today is a little Outcast Fighter spotted near Manhattan, it was rather rude, and decided to engage. We followed it near Rochester where an LSF agent interevened, and the guy broke the duel to attack me and the LPI officer present. He eventually docked, but im depressed to know dirty tactics like this...

Tidings again, Fleet Command. Lieutenant Alexander Kingston reporting in once more.

My patrol started off as a rather uneventful one, when I saw reports of a Hellfire Legionnaire in California. I took the trade lanes from Baltimore Shipyards to California, where I happened across Lieutenant Catherine Jackson and Cadet Dawes Reacher in communications with [HF]-Stoneheart, alongside A/)-William.Foulke.

After several minutes, the [HF] proceeded towards the north into the Sierra Ice Field, with Foulke in town. As they were underway, however, =LSF=Kronos jumped through the gate and immediately began pursuing the two into the field.

Stoneheart and Foulke fled further north into the field, until we reached a previously unknown asteroid base occupied by the Hellfire Legion (I recommend we take action against this base as soon as we can). Kronos confronted Foulke and Stoneheart, eventually leading to Stoneheart and the agent stroking blows. Foulke attempted to back the Hellfire fighter up, and soon after I jumped in as well.

The LSF agent soon made a beeline for the New York gate, where I lost contact with him and the Hellfire ship (I can only assume that he made it). I continued to engage Foulke, eventually leading to the Whitney Field farther south. Jackson and Reacher retreated to the New York gate, while I continued to fight Foulke. Eventually, Foulke made a calculation error, and blew his ship apart using one of his mines.

After that, I flew to Riverside for immediate ship repairs. It is from there that I am sending you this report. Hopefully, you can get some useful intel from it.

We chased him up into the astroid field where he blew himself up with a defective rocket.

I regret to inform you today that Commander John Graham has been reported as Killed in Action after what is believed to be a surprise attack on his ship, the Coral Sea. Such a deliberate act shall not be left uncondemned for investigations are already underway and the Liberty Navy will fight back against whoever is responsible for such abominable acts.

I regret to inform you that among lives of many good men the First Fleet has lost one of it's best. Let us all honor Commander John Graham and his crew with all the respect they deserve.

Tidings again, Fleet Command. Lieutenant Alexander Kingston reporting in once more.

I began my patrol from the Cortez gate in California. From there I traveled to the Fort Bush/Baltimore Shipyard junction, where I encountered LSF Agent Jack Edwards and an untagged Camara freighter under the name of 'MareNostrum'. I took a quick scan of the freighter, taking note of the roughly 640 slaves he had aboard. An exchange of words occured, and eventually Agent Edwards opened fire and destroyed the ship. The slaves are currently aboard Fort Bush awaiting reprocessing.

After the encounter, I proceeded to West Point, and waited for more traffic. Eventually, a Bactrian with a Junker IFF came through the lane from Norfolk and proceeded through the lane to the Pennsylvania gate. This Bactrian was tagged under the name Quazar, and eventually stopped just before he jumped. After I informed him of his wrongdoing, he jumped through the gate, hoping to get away.

After I proceeded in after him, my ship's systems short-circuited, and the whole thing just seized. After rebooting my computer, I proceeded after him through the trade lane to Philadelphia, but he was nowhere to be found. Eventually, I got to searching the Junker installation at Allentown, where Quazar had ran to after he jumped. After another short exchange of words, he engaged me, and I had no choice but to respond and unfortunately destroy the ship.

As of now, I am aboard Philadelphia beginning repairs on my ship and sending this message to you in full.

I'll keep this short, given that it's really only a formality since the appropriate documentation has already been done and I suspect is even already filed away somewhere.

My ETS date came and went some time ago, we all know that already. Now that my obligation to the Reserve Forces has been finished as well, I have no intention of extending my enlistment or seeking a transfer back to the Primary Fleet. Simply put, I have no fight left, and I am done. I've given enough of my life to The Republic, and I just don't have it in me to wear this uniform anymore, so I'll take my discharge and walk.

Fieldson, I wish you the best of luck, I have faith that you'll continue to lead well, and I only hope that your career won't be marred by as many black spots as mine. Anyway, I guess that's it then.
