I did not kill the character. By stating a ship, the Prometheus kill(we blew up the ship), it does not mean that you char was destroyed at all. He is after all, a super soldier, and could have easily survived by ejecting a pod, etc...I only said kill since I thought it would be most realistic, and did not want to offend you, since retreat would have been against HF policy/code of honor(Correct if I'm totally off here).
I will, however, use better and more cohesive vocabulary, and hopefully, this will not cause a confusion later on.

While on a resupply mission with BSG Boomer, we encountered the HF Balistner BS at the NY-TX jumpgate. We procedded to TX ahead of the enemy and made preperations. (I suppose I was a real tempting target in my new skyflier) Once equiped (special thanks again to BSG Boomer) we rallied behind Houston with the LNS Redbear and engaged the enemy. The BS was joined by the Helgast gunboat Ferdimond and an AW fighter I did not catch. The enemy was well supplied and fought very well but with the help of the BSG were forced to retreat out of TX. My ship was disabled twice but I managed to rerout power. Unfortunately I was finally forced to eject by the Helgast gunboat Ferdimond but not before I repaid him in kind. I have secured a new fighter and have redeployed to CA and await further orders.

Lieutenant, The South Alliance will only assist the RM when they have accepted our terms of peace. I understand the need for lawful organizations to cooperate, but once you get in there, they will most likely shoot at you as well.
As of now, they have not done so, and despite my urgings, they most likely will not do so.
Again, if you do assist the RM, you will be assisting as a Freelance Trader, not as a member of the SA.
In addition, our attentions cannot be diverted from California at the moment. If you do wish to send the Aedos in to assist, that will be your own doing.
While the SA would like to assist the RM as a fellow peacekeeping organization, the RM has bluntly and overtly refused any form of aid or alliance whatsoever. See prior post by Admiral Krieg and Reinhardt.
You are to, however, treat the RM with respect.

ooc: I'm not sure if you know this, but you know about the 3 kill rule right? After 3 kills, the character is dead. If a ship is killed 1 time, its "severely damaged", if its 2, its "Need for immediate repairs, completely crippled" or something like that. Only after 3 kills is it destroyed. Just thought i'd let you know. I'm glad you decided not to leave, Gato.
BTW, sorry to be rude, but read the rumors on house bases. Bretonia and Kusari are fighting, and Liberty stands with Bretonia. Rheinland is shifting toward Kusari. In the next mod, Liberty and Rheinland will probably be fighting in this war. It's not RP for Liberty to make an alliance with Kusari or Rheinland, at least not until this whole issue is cleared up. Again, just thought i'd let you know.

Thanks. I was totally unaware of the 3-Kill rule until yesterday, and I have yet to have to time to formulate a good apology to Tank for it. That post was made before before Dab told me about it.
Also, I'm NOT ALLYING WITH THE KNF!!
Not angry, but people seem to think that a mutual agreement pact is an act of alliance...the KNF and the SA are LAWFUL factions. Even though we hate each other, we also hate pirates/terrorists.
All I asked the KNF to do was to give us a list of the players they deemed unlawful, and I would share our list with them.
During the Napoleonic wars, the French and British navies shared lists of possible pirates so that both sides would know what ships to fire on. Same thing that is going on here.
NOT AN ALLIANCE. I sent a Treaty to the SF and one to the RM. The ONLY reasons I did this: One, Bretonia has always been friendly with Liberty. Two, If you think that a SA-KNF alliance or a SA-RM alliance is weird and non-RP...
Did ANYONE consider how RIDICULOUS that the SF(tagged BAF) is in a close-to-permanent alliance with the RM? So unless it is pick-on the new faction day, you have no theory whatsoever. The SA has just as much right as the SF to make an alliance with the RM if you are going to look at future events, because unlike YOU, the Characters CANNOT "PREDICT" the future.
I never sent a treaty to the KNF.
If this discussion is to go on, it will go on THROUGH PM.
I'm not angry at anyone, who posted, not tank or you bestflyer, just at the fact that everyone just won't open their eyes.

First I wish to direct your attention to the honorable and dedicated actions of my fellow officers gathered to defend California. Due attention, are officers SA Sushi, SA-LNS-Valkyrie, and SA-LNS-Alabama. All three are true examples of Navy, and it is an honor to have served in this action with them. In addition, I wish to point out the courage of our allies in the form of BSG Boomer and Luis_Moya{8492nd]. Their assistance made our victory complete, and if it were not for their assistance we would have been hard pressed to achieve our goal.
The Battle of California was in two parts due to an Ion storm forcing all into harbor.
LNS-RedBear After Action Report (AAR):
1. Ordered to Califronia from Magellan-sightings of HF in Califronia.
2. Sighted HF Denelo, possibly Slipstream fighter, (lvl36) on trade lane and followed to JG.
3. engaged at jg damaged with missile. (Sadly, evidence destroyed due to ION storm)
4. entered Califronia gathered at LA.
5. sighting of HF in 6F engaged what appeared to be Cruiser, ION storm engulfed force.
6. While in pursuit of HF LNS-RedBear hit sqaull and forced into harbor.
7. Upon return gathered at Magellan jg, HF engaged force.
8. Combined defense damages [HF]-HFB-Balistner (Liberty Dreadnaught, weapons infernos and razors) and force then engages [HF]HFBS-Setting.Sun (Outcast Dreadnaught, weapons infernos and razors).
9. [HF]HFBS-Setting.Sun withdraws slightly damaged. Withdraw speculative, but either due to squall or superior force of SA and allies.
Combined Force disposition: 1 Frigate, GunBoat, Bomber, 3 Fighters...
