Could we please have Name Change Certificates sold at more places? If you're an unlawful in the center of Sirius, it's rediculous to have to travel all the way to Malta or Crete just to fix your name. It's also just as rediculous to be a lawful in the Borderworlds and have to travel all the way to one of the houses. What I propose is to sell NCCs on every home base of every unlawful faction, and on every Freeport.

My Gaian has to fly from Edinburgh all the way up to New Tokyo. It's a pain, but I figure that's what I have to suffer for being a scofflaw & a terrorist in the eyes of the jackbooted real villians of Bretonia.
I vote for a couple more places, but Outlaws (being Outlaws) should always have to jump through more hoops to maintain the underground nature of their existence imho

Good point. NCC's should be sold on at least one planet or base of every faction in the game. That way, we should not have any problems in a role-play stance if a player is trying to obtain a name change.

Wouldn't adding Ames Research in Kepler (Zoners), Kreuzberg Depot in New Berlin (Junkers), and Trafalgar Base in New London (Junkers) make them accessible to every unlawful faction? I don't think any of those are exceptionally out of any of the house unlawfuls' ZOIs.
That's just an additional 3 lines of code.
