There have been several reports about JM| vessels operating in Tau 23 and the Taus in general and a disturbing amount of these describe criminal activity or outright hostilty against civilian shipping and IMG assets.

What happens here, is a huge misunderstanding. Raymon was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. As I said, we're the JM, a traveling convoy of muffin tasters. We met MiCo, who were nearby a mobile muffin facility.

We flew out to Tau-23 earlier to talk to those MiCo lot, and they seemed rather upset at us. They launched a Carrier and a Battle-Cruiser to attack our two weak little Salvagers. We defended ourselves, managed to down their mining ship, and then to cover the costs of ammunition and repairs we took some of the ore they had mined. We then left the area, after being insulted by the Captain of their battle-wagon.
I'm going to go ahead and say things are square between our groups now, if you still have a problem with that, please tell me what you want to see from us, and I'll get back to you.

You come here telling me that you came to Tau 23 (after you robbed MiCo and attacked IMG| before) and claim that you found yourself surprised that MiCo reacted hostile towards you.
So, instead of not looking for a confrontation, you decided to destroy an IMG Hegemon mining ship (which clearly was no threat), rob his ore and run off with it.
The IMG| wanted to -not- get involved.
I have offered you a chance to recompensate the MiCo miner and de-escalate the mess between your groups.
You are clearly not interested in a peaceful solution and consequently you are wasting my time and my goodwill.
You will learn one thing, though: The Independent Miners Guild protects their workers. And I might have been willing to overlook a case of ore theft. I am not willing to overlook this attack against IMG civilian mining crews.

You sir, seem to be misinformed. Though we, in no way, were surprised by the reaction from this group of civilians, I wasn't aware that an Annapurna suddenly transformed into a Hegemon. As a side note, if they wished to not be fired upon, maybe they shouldn't open fire on my vessel without so much as an engagement notice, and then to top all that off, make derogatory remarks about myself in open space.
I also must have been misinformed about what constitutes a civilian, I thought they were generally people that are not part of an organized military, yet they somehow have the manpower, weaponry, and training to field a fully manned and armed Carrier? My good sir, if these people are civilians in any way, then my group is clearly composed entirely of legitimate traders.

JM| ships are disallowed from approaching IMG stations at the risk of being fired upon by stationary weaponry. Docking at IMG stations will result in arrest.
This state can be temporary, or permanent.
