Oi!
A transport named ' Ozzi '. He irritated me, 25 mil for a screen, that is if i dont catch him first.
Flies and IC IFF but never got close enough to scan him, had the feeling he was smugglin or up to no good...

He uses a cloak and is a sneaky bugger, best to catch him as unaware as possible. EDIT i'm also upping this to
40 million.
