Greetings, friends! I am Erasmas de Shahrizai, head of the Vagrant Transport Division; I saw your need, and I delivered.
Ah, the Red Hessians! I swear, you guys rock. Just the other day I was arguing with this totally random guy at Freeport 4, he was trying to convince me of the futility of any attempt to change how things go in the Houses, and I told him "Well, take the Red Hessians, look how far they managed to get!". Dresden sure looks like a less oppressing place now.
Of course, any revolutionary struggle has its costs; the Hessian movement actually mananes to field capital class vessels of immense size and power, a feat accomplished only by a few outside the Houses... I can only imagine the amount of fuel those beasts consume! Now, we can't allow your vessels to run dry in the midst of a crucial battle, can we?
Well, this will by no means cover the need of your whole fleet, but should keep the Dresden front running for quite a bit without the constant worry of having to replenish the reservoires. Now I think we can focus on the other goods you requested. *smiles* Feels good to put things in motion, eh? Cheers!

Oh, guten abend, herr de Shari... Shahrizai. As a proud captain of "vessel of immense size and power" and in fact, one of most advanced(and one of most fuel consuming) cruisers in Red Hessian fleet I should admit, that your load came just in time. Imagine, how woefully will look mighty Vidar-class cruiser, while flying in space without primary caliber weaponry. While your load is not that significant, even 10 more percent increase in weekly H-Fuel supply will allow us to move front line little closer to Bautzen station.
As for arguing with random guys on any freeports, you can buy hessian propaganda right on Vogtland base, it will help you convincing people. And if arguments fail, you can use it as melee weapon due to hardcover!

My crew worked together with your hangar men to stash the containers in several insulated storerooms around the base: one of the safety warnings advised to keep them away from EM sources until they are activated, because the components can develop some pretty potent static charges and burn themselves even before you open the crates. Please be cautious when you use them.
