So, the new Council VHF is very attractive. I really do like the model and it looks beautiful.
Granted, at the moment there appear to be some bugs with its shields (can only mount Class 9) and it has the same infocard statistics as the Agama.
I tried some Conn combat today with it, and it definitely has much more than the advertised 8200 armor. I'd guess it's somewhere in the Raven's Talon range of hull, so if a dev could verify the precise reading that'd be appreciated.
Finally... It feel very, very unmaneuverable. A pretty nice jousting ship, but it felt like trying to fly a bomber.

Stellion has 12k hull, a 11k powercore and a handling close to the Guardian. The ingame infocards on a few of the new toys are currently not accurate, and will be fixed with the next update, when rest of the new 4.87 ships are going to be added.
Till then just go with FLStat to be safe.

Haven't really seen it, but judging from model screenshots and FLStat, it's more or less a slightly more armored Guardian with a pretty slim profile.
Should work fine.
