It was a peaceful day, Executive member Alexander Walker and Myself convoyed some Beryllium ore to New Berlin to earn some profit for the Gateway Shipping Inc., Since my ship was in the Garage for long time I thought it would be nice if I fly that Metal piece in the space or else it would rust to death.
Yes! I Forgot to mention that I met a
Red Hessian during my time in the Space. It was an interesting event, where he asked to contribute some funds to fight against the Rheinland government. But thank goodness Rheinland Military had an upper hand in the battle between the Red Hessian in the Hamburg, so he fled to help his friends in the battle.

I was Hired by an Ageira Technologies Transport Captain Alan Pose ( I suppose his name end with pose ). It was a short trip from Planet Los Angeles in California to Pueblo Station in Colorado. I got a pay of 350000, no hindrance was faced while I was Escorting.

My pilot, Joe Pike, and I were running our normal route of Diamonds from Solarius to Planet Los Angeles, Luxury Goods from Los Angeles to Planet New London, then Trade Lane Parts from Waterloo to Solarius ($30,471,268 profit for about an hours work, with 4955 cargo space), when we ran into a friendly Daumann miner who offered to supply us with a cargo of uncut diamonds for a reasonable fee.

Looking at the sell price back in New London this looks to be a far more profitable route with a shorter flight time and fewer hazards. If we could work out a congenial relationship with some Daumann miners it would be to our mutual benefit.

Any advice in this regard would be welcome.

Hi, Elvis

I am afraid the issue between Gateway and Daumann is quite a grim one in terms of the fact we are officially on poor relations with eachother in particular the DHC-. The reasons for this are simply because Bowex and Daumann have formal trade relations in the same way we are allied to the IMG, Bowex are to Daumann.

This means our access to highly prized Rheinland sourced raw materials like those of Uncut Diamonds is much harder aswell as Aluminium Ore. Two products of which Daumann are a main supplier of to low and behold Bowex!!!!

To show how sour relations actually are with the DHC-, Gateway| requested docking clearance to their Aluminum Ore Storage facility in Munich, a facility our recon teams already know Bowex) has access to. After a few days of waiting for a reply we were subsequently but not unsurprisingly denied access to that base.

Their main reason was it would "upset" the trade ties which they have with other groups if were allowed in. What they meant though was Bowex) !

Also Daumann are rivals of the IMG and Kruger in Omega 7 thus our alliance with the IMG does not go down well either.

Solution:
Thus I am afraid your only hope in gaining access to a supply of Uncut Diamonds is to either find a Independent Daumann Miner in Omega 11 who will mine some for you OR head over to the Dresden System. Kruger have an Uncut Diamond mining operation there and Kruger maybe a little more pleasant to deal with!

Thank you for your prompt reply, Mr. Gehard. I had suspected that something of that sort was going on. I shall look into the two options that you outlined and report back.

Today I was running a trade route based on supplying Southampton with valuable Optronics for their new Carrier-- currently merely a prototype but nearing completion. I had just recently finished a supply run of Quantum Multiplexors for the same purpose.

I began by running Crew from Southampton Shipyard to Waterloo Station.

There I picked up Trade Lane Parts which I ran to Solarius Station, Omega 11.

On the way there I nearly smacked into two pirates uncloaking at the gate between O-3 and O-7. Their names were Party Dan and Hyper Joe and boy were they an odd couple. One was a Gallic transport and the other a Junker Salvager. They were singing, "There were no magic spells, you can keep the flowers and bells/ They just don't seem right/ Can it actually be, me and you and you and me?/
Though we're like day and night..." and they demanded 3 million.

I paid it, but mostly out of pity.

They also sent "my corporation" a stern message. I was taking notes-- it read:

My hat is old,
My teeth are gold,
I have a bird I like to hold,
And it says sit on THIS Gateway!

They really said that. Yep.

Anyway, on I went to deliver my Trade Lane Parts to Solarius. Once there I picked up Diamonds which I took to Planet New Tokyo, New Tokyo.

The trip to Kusari was uneventful, except in Stuttgart where Dan and Joe showed up and went, "Boo!" Those crazy kids...

In any case, I left them flashing transports with their cloaks and headed on.

Once at New Tokyo I picked up Sake and took it to Akita Border Station, Honshu.

I ran empty to Planet Honshu where I finally picked up Optronics to supply Southampton Shipyard.

I took the route through the Taus and Newcastle and made decent time.

The whole run netted me $50,452,801 in profit in 1hr 27min (minus 3mil for the laddish lads).

Tune in next time, for more of my misadventures in my big, fat cow-- Gateway|-GSV-Blinkie, Legend of the Lanes.

Hey ya peeps, It's BRUNO
An interesting day today down in Omega 3, setting aside the the regular drabs that pass through the system I came across a nice ripe golden egg which I decided to pluck.

My recently adopted corsair orphan baby "OJ": wanted a new toy for his second birthday so I did a little browsing on the shopping channel and found this:

[Image: %24T2eC16FHJI!E9qSO8G+1BRY87I413w~~60_35.JPG]

its a ruby encrusted CHANEL Potty I mean come on who doesnt love CHANEL huh? So I thought this would be ze perfekt gift for my little OJ only problem was the price is $150,000 can you believe that not even my Gefunkter Chanel handbag costs this much only like $20,000 you know. Anyways with the crap pay check and bonus I get from Gateway I decided who better to pay for my baby's new potty than a Bowex, hehe.

That is just what I found in ze Omega 3, a lone Bowex Shire Transport. Hauling some High Temp Alloys through to NL.

So I stopped him for a quick chat, I explained that you know Bowex'n Gateway dont get on that much and that he was working for the wrong company. I was in a good mood so I wasnt too harsh with him and he seemed more than keen to help me out with OJ's Gift. Which is great, anyway heres the Guncams from the encounter:

In other news, I am currently doing up my luxury villa in the St. Tropez bay area of Planet Curacao. I have decided I want a new bathroom but I want it made out of GOLD! None of this cheap plastic stuff ya, I want ze nice shiny as Gold is the colour of my new mohawk see:

Anyway here are some snapshots of how my new bathroom will look once completed, the guy in the pictures is the salesman, cute huh:

Anyway this new bathroom is gonna cost me $10 Million Credits so I wanna up the raids to pay for it, money has been tight since buying my Orphan OJ and his food bill huge. Do babies really need caviar and gaian fois gras, youd think OJ was never fed when living on his Corsair Homeworld, the way he eats. But its all gourmet stuff hmmm?

Today I ran one of the routes from the Southampton supply runs, but I went straight from Solarius Station to Misaki Station with my Diamonds. That worked out fine. There was a GRN Valor in Sigma-13, but evidently he was not concerned with me. It becomes more and more difficult to avoid these overpopulating frogs. I wish there was something a humble merchant like myself could do.

I picked up Quantum Multiplexors at Misaki and headed through the Taus to Southampton.

I avoided the Omega-3/Omega-7 corridor today because two Corsairs, GingerHead and Selfie, were rumored to be up to no good at the gates. Made me glad I had scouted alternate routes and could fly in peace. On a good day, my jump hole run from Waterloo to Solarius only takes me 17 and a half minutes, so it might be speedier as well.

Good flying, fellow traders. Its time to hit the New London bars like a Shetland doing a planet dive. Don't come calling on me tomorrow, because I'll be completely legless.

Today me and my crew were docked on California Minor, when one of those chaps from the terraforming site asked us if we could fill in for one of the shipping vessels, which was apparently blown to pieces by pirates just a week ago. We asked what the pay was, and he said it'd be just over 3000 credits a unit both ways, taking FlorGro to Sigma-17, then Alien Organisms back to California minor, for the terraforming. Well, I thought that sounded a decent deal, so I took it.
We've already started the job, which should only last one week.
Naturally, I'll keep you informed about our progress on the project.
Yours Faithfully,
Percival Sanders
