Greetings Director,
This is, perhaps a strange communication, however, I feel compelled to congratulate you on your employees conduct.
You see, today I was contracted mid haul to deliver my shipment of aluminium to one of your base. Since I was under no previous contract for the shipment to arrive at a certain place or time, I was willing to negotiate. Your employee offered compensation for the detour, however neither myself nor my crew were bothered with our destination, Denver is not out of the way and the surrounding space is well policed.
The employee in question, one Alan Pace, was professional and courteous throughout our journey. As such, I would like to extend an offer to do further business should you have need of an extra cargo hold. While I cannot promise anything, I will always try and fit things into my schedule.
