I must first apologize for the informality of my message, my time is short. While there has not been much diplomatic contact between our two honorable organizations, its fairly safe to say we are both on the same side of the fence. I digress; my name is Kadar al-Nizari, the Warlord of the Vagrant Raiders and Minister of Research and Development for the Natio Octavarium. I am currently in need of hydrocyanic acid (Also known as hydrogen cyanide), of which I am aware the Council has in great quantity. If a small shipment of 500 units could be delivered to me, I would be grateful. As a chemist I am well aware of the dangers of HCN and should you choose not to deliver a load, I understand; however if you are willing to do business, please drop off the 500 units of HCN at Freeport 4 and I will be sure to pay you for your service.
