Greetings, noble ladies of Kusari.
You may have heard of us, you may have not heard of us. We're the Marauders, a group of Junkers who source our income via piracy, smuggling and other darker means.
We have expanded our operations into Kusari recently, however it is hard for us to find suitable bases to dock on.
I am requesting that you allow us to use your bases to dock on. If we must fulfill and end of a bargain, then we will do whatever you ask of us.

You Junker Marauders are not unkown for us. Our spies in Kusari allready informed us, about your activities. However... If you want to stay in Kusari for piracy, then you have to follow some conditions...
You will not demand credits or harm any of the GMG.
You will not attack the Blood Dragons. If you want stay out of trouble with them... then go and contact the Blood Dragons and discuss with them.
Of course we want, that you harm any of the Hogosha and annoy the Naval Forces.
Last but not least important... I would like to see you from time to time supplying us with some goods.
If you do this, you can free dock on our bases.
But keep in mind that it is not in our interests to attract undue attention to our installations. So we ask you to keep low profile in their vicinity and to refrain from using our bases as means to escape from enemy pursuit.
