Player Sanctioned: RM_Heerfuhrer - Garrett Jax - 11-23-2013

RM_Heerfuhrer has been sanctioned for:

Quote:Server Rule 1.3 Every player must have one ID equipped on their ship. Actual ID items do not exist in roleplay and players must be treated based on their IFF, however, every player should follow the restrictions and allowances listed in their ID. In cases where these restrictions and allowances conflict with the server rules, the ID overrides the rules.

Consequences: You are a Rheinland Battleship. In Pennsylvania? Docking at Bethlehem Station? Apparently, that's a no no. Please be mindful of your ID when choosing which systems to visit and which bases to dock in the future. You changed your ship name, and then ultimately deleted your ship. I found your account though and took some credits. Left the sanction receipt in your cargo bay.

I do not own this ship anymore, but I was at the time of using that name. This is a misconception. Let me explain.

I used this rheinland battleship inRP. I had a cloaking device, and RPed as a special force, gathering intel in pennsylvania. My primary objective was to gather intel, and not assault or open fire on the navy. I have people who can vouch for me on this, and several others I do not know, but who saw me, and would know I rather cloaked inRP than engaged in a fight.

As for Betlehem station, I needed somewhere nearby to dock. I suppose that I can call myself lazy, as I didn't want to go all the way back to the liberty from rheinland. Betlehem station is a zoner base, and although I don't know much about this, I think it's fine for a rheinland battleship to dock on a zoner base. I could be wrong.

As for the rename, I later found out that the tag RNC is much like LNS. I wanted to tag my ship more appropriately, in order for people to know what I was.

And for the deletion of the ship, that's also a misconception. I sold my ship to a member on these forums, as I felt satisfied with the rp and action, and wanted to pass it on as I needed credits for saving.

I'm not home at the moment, so I cannot check whatever ship you put the sanction notice on, or how much credis you have withdrawn. I'm writing this on my phone, so please forgive the small errors. I urge you to put my explanation in mind, if you should reconsider. If I can influense you more on this, I will gladly provide proof of the ship being sold, and point you in the direction of people who got to experince my RP, and who can vouch for me.

I did not in any way go to Pennsylvania to cause havok, I wanted to have fun, RP, and make the environment a little more interesting, as I believe the liberty is poor with RP sometimes, with the most newcomers who don't realize this serious subject of RPing. I should have used a MND id, but they do not allow battleships. The RM id does not limit you to rheinland only. I suppose what I did was some sort of special rp, and I'm sorry that this was a little messed up and out of order.

I will come home tomorrow afternoon GMT, and then I will be happy to provide any more information, should you need it.

Thanks, and I hope you reconsider.

The part that I find hard to look past is the docking on a base in Liberty Space with a Rheinland Battleship. Kinda lulzy and definitely OORP. Texas system is as far as most Rheinland military vessels go, and they definitely don't dock in Liberty space, no matter how inconvenient the trip back to Rheinland is.

I understand. It was simply an attempt at some specific RP I had thought of. Docking in pennsylvania might have been wrong, and definitely oorp as you said, but I didn't think it through at the time. I just needed some place to rest my character while unavailable or waiting for 2 hours to be up. My only excuse for this is laziness.

I hope you are able to look past all else, which was very unique circumstances. In the future I will keep a closer track on this military business. Now that I think it through, I don't think a LNS would dock in rheinland, so why should a RNC dock in liberty.
