Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
Today I am contacting you about an urgent matter. As you have probably already read on the news, the IMG shipyard in Omega-3 has been raided and some of their transports have been stolen. The thieves? Red Hessians. If you have not read the article, I am attaching them for your convenience at the end of this post.
It is of course a loss, but it arouses suspicion nonetheless.

Almost two weeks ago, a pilot of the Red Hessian primary fleet decided to have a chat. To be clear, I did not have halluscinations. A hessian preferred to have a verbal fight instead of a physical one. A miracle that such things exist!
Back to the point: Whether on purpose or not, he spilled a little hint on the chat on two seperate occasions. One could simply disregard it as a drunk and mentally blinded pirate being mentally defective, and I thought the same in the beginning too. IMG is mentioned in both communication archives, two days apart. The first deals with a direct communication between me and the hessians, where he talks about "stopping Outcasts to attack IMG", whereas he greets them in system frequencies and tells them "[he] hope[s] that those sairs didn't attack [their] convoy.
That is, until the Red Hessians raided Aland and stole three transports of the Shishapangma class, large battletransports with 4300 cargo space each. This in itself would of course drive the suspicion away from the IMG. They did however send their report solely to us instead of them.
One could argue that it's just to make the police aware that there are three IMG transports in the hands of red hessians, casually flying around in the Omegas and transporting a large amount of goods.
But why did they choose not to include the BAF or the BPA from the beginning? It is their system, isn't it? Would fall under Bretonias jurisdiction, since it is a problem of security in the system where the people escaping from Leeds are going to settle. That would be of concern for Bretonia, wouldn't it.

So, to conclude what I presented above:
I currently have the assumption that there is more behind of all of this. I barely have hard evidence for this. Which is why I am contacting you. I believe that you have better capabilities of investigating this. If it turns out to be true, which I hope is not the case, then we have a lot of new problems to deal with.

I do however leave the option of taking a look into this matter entirely to your judgement. If you, ehrenwerte Damen und Herren, possess the opinion that my argumentation does not justify an investigation, then I can only accept the evidence as insufficient.
