I've seen this argument before, but every single time it comes up, I don't think anyone has ever been able to offer concrete evidence of the admins forbidding it. I've actually been using one such mod for a very long time, now, and have even submitted a sanction report with it on. The admins didn't mention a thing about it, but the guy was sanctioned, so they must have seen it.

Against the rules but pretty hard to find out if someone is using a hud mod. You can change the colour yourself anyway.
