I am calling today to request licence to transport base supplies within the Republic. Our own organisation is fortunate enough to operate from the safety of Planet Kyushu, however many of our brothers and sisters across Kusari live on stations open to the ravages of space and criminal damage by the likes of the Golden Chrysanthemums and Blood Dragons. As such, we would like an open licence for our organisation to transport these goods to bases in need, as and when required.

The location of your base is reasonable and we see no problem with approving your request as long as you adhere to the regulations specified in the codex.
However, we do require a complete list of supply ships for your installation, so please send us another message with that list before you begin construction.
