To Mr. Arturrr

We have received your message. In our current legislation, the KNF and Kusari do not have any oversight over base construction and development in the Tau-44 system, so registration for it is not required on our part.

If by chance you require supplies from Kusari, or intend to transport them through Kusari for the purposes of your base, please provide the callsigns of any transports you wish to employ, so that law enforcement agents are notified about your status.

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Nightshade and i am a freelancer. I've been sitting at the bar in the Deshima Station for a few days now, seeing ships pass by, again and again. Looking through the kusarian laws i noticed the possible business opportunity of building a base within 10 K range of Deshima itself, with the added benefit of not having to pay for a base permit. I believe i have found a great spot for it (see attached scans).
As needed by the law, here are the requested data for the base permit:

Nightshade,

We have discussed your request and came to the conclusion that it fulfills all the requirements needed. Therefore you will be granted permission to build your base at the location you have specified. Ships with the tag of your company will automatically receive the license to transport base supplies through Kusari.

Please read Section 8 of the Legal Codex carefully again during the construction of your base to make sure everything is in accordance with the law.
KSP and KNF ships will dock on the base periodically and check your docking permits and factory modules.

If you encounter any problems with the construction or operation of your base, do not hesitate to contact us.
