The Admiralty has reviewed the request made by Takarabune Conglomerate, and finds it in sufficient condition for approval once the planned construction site will be verified by Kusari Naval Forces to guarantee its compatibility with safety requirements defined in Kusari legal codex.

My name is Akemi Williams. I am a freelancer wandering around in the vicinity of the New Tokyo system for a long time. My vision is to start a facility that will serve Kusari as a main point for the stopping of any passing escorts/traders and enjoy their stay for the time. By the law the base will be constructed at a maximum of 10k from the outpost. It will not obstruct any structures and will allow all docking permissions needed to make sure everyone can stay for a good time.

Your request to begin the construction of an outpost in the mentioned location has been granted.

Please refer to Kusari Legal Codex section 8 for compliance with directives issued by the Republic of Kusari regarding foreign facilities in House Kusari sovereign space, in particular the following:

(09-16-2010, 06:48 PM)Kusari Kaigun Wrote: 8.1 All bases constructed in Kusari sovereign space must be registered in the Regulation Database. The vessels authorized to supply each base must be, then again, registered against the same database.

8.3 All bases, unless exempted in writing, are subject to the following conditions:
  • Shall not be constructed within 5K of an existing structure. This includes other bases, tradelanes, jump gates or docking rings.
  • Shall not be positioned as to obstruct tradelanes, docking points or other areas of heavy traffic flow.
  • Shall not deploy defense modules within 4K of other structures, unless authorized in writing.
  • Shall incorporate the name tags of all lawful Kusari authorities into their base administration computers.
  • Shall not be used as any kind of freeport within Kusari space.
  • Shall not be used as staging ground or repair depot for groups that are hostile to Kusari.
  • Shall be owned and operated by persons in good standing with Kusari authorities.
  • Shall not construct the following factory modules without written permission: Hyperspace Survey Manufacturing Factory, Cloaking Device Factory, Jump Drive Factory.

8.8 All bases constructed under section 8.7 are subject to all the rules and regulations in Section 8, as well as the following conditions:
  • Maximum construction distance from Deshima and Narita is 10K.
  • Minimum distance from Planet Honshu and Aomori Station is 10K.

8.11 Supplying vessels caught carrying the commodities listed in section 3.1.5 and not registered against the Bases regulation database will be considered as guilty of the smuggling violation, and will therefore expose themselves to fines, cargo confiscation or destruction.

it has come to our attention that we need to file for right to transport Base construction parts through Kusari space. I was unaware of this until now when one of my transport groups were stopped by Kusari Naval Forces.

I'm greatly sorry for this and would like to put a request in for my organization to buy and transport construction material to our base in the Kepler system. We are a zoner group and my organization is neutral in many areas.
