We were hoping for the "Arkenstone" to be positioned very close to the planet New Tokyo's orbit so it resembles our installation's "Isle of sky" location on the planet New London's orbit but we understand very good the rules and regulations of Kusari space and we respect it. Since we cannot get any exceptions as it seems, then we would like to create the installation at this location as recommended by the Kusrai empire rules. The document provided shows that the desired location will be more than 5k away from the planet New Tokyo, Trade lanes and any other installations around it as the empire's rules stats,
Concerning transportation and supplying, We usually use our corporation transporters and ships which are all tagged BMF| and IFF'd by BMM affiliation. if we are going to use or hire any untagged transports for supplying the Arkenstone installation then we will first inform the Kaigun through the government communication channel about the new ships' names for permissions.

The information provided is correct for the procedure. Your installation Arkenstone has a provisional greenlight to begin operations. All that is required to conclude the registration is to submit the one time fee of 120 Million Sirian Credits. Fee is to be transferred to the [KNF]Heikiko.Maru
Once that is performed, the registration and authorization will be complete.
