All Worlds Enterprises was deemed suitable to make use of the Kusari Legal Codex, § 7.7.
Your request does not involve the construction of defensive weapon platforms, however the Kusari Kaigun sees no need for an additional request regarding this matter - granted the platforms are built in line with § 7.3.

Your installation and the designated supply vessels are being added to the registry.

Kon'nichiwa Office of Admiralty,

I wish to submit our application for a new home base in your territory, utilizing the free development zone area in Honshu.

Our organization is called ALG Waste Disposal and committed to toxic clean-up around Sirius. We are dedicated to the rule of law involving whichever government district we are operating within. My own actions have shown I am a friend to the Kusari people and value our continuing relationship.

This new base would be called Yuudoku Depo and would be providing trading opportunities and storage services as permitted by Kusari Law as required.

Docking rights would include all Kusari Law Enforcement agencies.

Upon review and successful approval, we will ensure that our deployment does not violate any caveats of the Section 7 – Base Construction article of Kusari Law.

Also required as part of my application is our need to register vessels involved with our organization and expected to be involved in supplying this base and possibly others in Kusari territories.

ALG-Toxic.Dream, my personal ship
ALG- and AWES- This will be the prefix for support and supplying ships under this endeavor.
AWES- Is our financer for this project. Other ship captains will be told to confirm their registration with your office before any work commences.

ALG Waste Disposal is a valued business partner of the Kusari Empire, in the past and through current on-going contract work such as the cleanup within Gallia.
The Empire welcomes a potential expansion of business between ALG Waste Disposal and our Keiretsu, as well as any law-abiding civilian.

While § 7-7 is usually only applicable to foreign groups not in possession of any permanent facilities, the Kaigun deems it neglectable to raise the usual taxes. This is solely based on the great cooperation of your corporation with the Empire in prior years and the potential of a swift, more cost efficient wrap-up of the Osaka wreckage within the same star system your facility will be located within.

We assume that during the submission, a small error occurred and the base will be named "Yuudoku Depot". However, consider your request as granted.

This database is discontinued. Any new modular base registrations are to be submitted at the License Directory.
All existing modular bases were transferred to this database. Supply vessels were transferred as well, however the list was cleaned up.
