The purpose of ISTC is to be a sub-group of the GMG providing Trade and much needed economic life throughout the houses of Sirius.
There are 2 major functions of ISTC:
1. Provision and Profit from Helium-3 and transfer of goods from House to House
2. Mining of Helium-3 in Okinawa under the GMG umbrella

There are certain restrictions that GMG would experience, that ISTC may not. although the ID GMG is accepted in every lawful house, some deliveries are not accepted from the GMG in certain house spaces.

Using GMG ID you are going to face the same kind of restrictions official faction has already. You are on the same boat.
