History of the 82ND Red Hessian Fleet
The history of the 82nd Red Hessian Fleet has been a secret organization. Until recently no one knew it existed. Higher up Red Hessian officials have deemed it necessary to form this organization for diplomatic purposes/reasons. Captain Rheichard was hand picked to lead the 82nd on this mission of diplomacy and war. After the battle of Dresden he was given the honor of receiving his own battleship and a promotion to chancellor. A ship that is now well known as the BISMARK.
History of the Founders
During the temporary alliance with the outcasts, Captain Rheichard had a intimate affair with a outcast woman. When the outcasts found this out they had her executed but not before Captain Rheichard was able to get his son Hans Erich Voss. His son once old enough joined the Hessian army and is now a member of the 82nd with his father. Johan Kerns was a fighter pilot of the Hessian army who was shot down in Rheinland space during a battle involving his brother Capt. Rheichard and his brothers son Hans. It was to there quick maneuvering that Kerns escape pod was able to be tractored in. The Hessian High Council was amazed that all 3 of them survived the conflict of the Battle of Dresden. Due to Hans being half Outcast he still has to have shipments of cardamine sent thru space in back channels.
CURRENT DIPLOMACY
DUE TO THE ISSUE OF THE 82ND NOW BEING A SPLINTER GROUP OF RED HESSIAN WE ARE LOOKED DOWN UPON. THE PEACE TALKS ARE GOING WELL WITH RHEINLAND, AS OF NOW ALL MEMBERS ARE TREATED AS NEUTRAL WITH THE RHEINLAND MILITARY, POLICE, AND BDM.

Members of the 82nd shall not fire upon anyone unless assisting persons from piracy or in defense. If a corrupt Rheinland Government official starts trouble then yes we will fight and end the trouble quick. Members of the 82nd may assist anyone being pirated within the Rheinland, and Omegas systems if they feel the need to do so for diplomacy under the high command. If members are caught breaking our rules and go against our objectives they will be stripped of there rank and kicked out of the 82nd. In severe cases of treason they will be executed.
