Hello iv been having troubles getting on today, first my norton 360 security started blocking discovery freelancer when i went to click on my char name, so i sorted that out by adding an exception!
But now its come up with a new problem, after iv clicked on the server it brings up this message "im sorry . But the account that you have entered has been banned form this server .please choose another account and try again "
I no for a fact that i haven't done anything wrong and there should be no reason for my account to be banned ! So please can you help?

I personally can't help you directly with your problem, but I'd suggest posting in this pinned thread instead (as per the official guidelines for cases like this) if you want to speed up the process a bit. That thread is regularly checked on by the administration team.
