Greetings, Hackers.

The other day, our leader met your leader on the neural net after an unfortunate event in Kepler...
After that mess was sorted, we inquired about a project codenamed SPYGLASS that had caught our attention recently after hearing a few rumors on Invergordon.
In exchange for some small information, we agreed we'd make a shipment of 6,000 units of Cardamine to Cochrane. We made the shipment along with some escorts, however guncams appeared to have been dysfunctional during the convoy, as the 12,000 we decided to ship to you as an act of goodwill was not recorded on our guncams. We informed the operators at Cochrane of this in order to tell you about our delivery since we cannot show you proof now. If you want witnesses, we can give you the addresses of our escorts.
However, you do not have to take our word, after all we are unable to give you images here and now. if you would like us to do another job for you in order to prove ourselves, it can be done.

Good day Grand Marauder

I am aware of the incident in Kepler you speak of. Quite an unfortunate misunderstanding. I am relieved we were able to come to a mutually beneficial agreement considering Junkers have ever been our stalwart business partners.

Your guncams arent neccesary this time as one of our Hackers witnessed the delivery, and of course, we have the Cardamine safely in storage. However one can never have too much cardamine, can they? We would greatly appreciate any further deliveries you could muster yourselves to make. The more cardamine you bring us, the more trust we could extend to your clan.

If you are really interested in project spyglass, perhaps you would also be interested in having our technicians perform some guncam modifications? Our workmanship is impecable, and when proof of delivery is needed, having guncams that work is certainly not optional now is it ? Give it some consideration.

I certainly hope we can fortify our working relationship from here on out Grand Marauder.

Dear Grand Marauder,

As Mr Orlov mentioned, Mr Lee Fu-Chu has vouched for your delivery of Cardamine of pristine quality, twice the required amount. We are very pleased. As promised, in return for your service, I will disclose you basic information about the Spyglass project. Please note that we still consider it classified, although, to be honest, some of it has purely historical value as of lately.

Spyglass is a codename given to a special prototype of a battleship developed originally by the LSF many years ago and acquired by us in collaboration with back then our allies, the Hellfire Legion. What was unique in this prototype were not its quite powerful armaments, but incredibly sophisticated array of scanners and devices to conduct advanced electronic warfare. Hellfire Legion engineers managed to reproduce the ship skeleton, plating, engines and avionics, while we focused on what was most interesting for us - electronics and software. The original prototype has been completely disassembled, but the Hellfire Legion managed to reproduce several copies.

Only two of them were in service outside of Hellfire Legion fleet. Fu Manchu was our mobile base of operations, while Metropolis became home for Vagrant Raiders. Both these battleships were destroyed. Since both Hellfire Legion and Vagrant Raiders were more interested in sheer fire-power of their vessels, only Fu Manchu had complete set of scanners and electronic warfare armaments of the original prototype. Over the years Hellfire Legion decided to even further cut the costs on expensive electronics while boosting pure combat potential of their vessels. This is how Arbiter class of battleships has been developed. The Legion slowly replaced all of their Spyglasses with Arbiters, and by replacing I mean that they either completely refitted them or disassembled.

Spyglass battleships no longer exist, although I believe that Vagrant Raiders, known for their foolish romanticism, re-pressurized wreck of Metropolis and started to use it as their base of operations. The aura of uniqueness and specialty which surrounds this class of battleships has fooled many people, who forgot that it was developed many years ago and by today standards it is already outdated. The only thing that mattered has been duplicated and refined by us and is currently known as a Spyglass sensor array. It is a very sophisticated and thus expensive piece of equipment allowing us to detect threats and possible targets from a significant distance, as well ass to perform data injections into the trade lane network, basic transponder spoofing or limited electronic warfare.

I hope that your curiosity has been satisfied.

Kind regards,
Nicole Hunter

Greetings, Hackers.

Thank you for your information it will prove... most useful to us.
Although you have given us a lot of information, is there any other information that you could spare?
If you wish, we could do another 'deed' for you. An eye for an eye, as they say.
I hope to hear back from you.

Dear Grand Marauder,

As I do not possess ability to telepathically read your mind you still have to verbally specify what exactly do you expect from us. If it is something of a very delicate matter, you can contact me directly using this channel. Otherwise, please do use an already established channel with Mr Vladimir Scorpius.

Kind regards,
Nicole Hunter
