Dear Sir or Madam,

First of all let me introduce myself. I am Anne Kulzer, employee of Kruger Mineralien and currently the representative of the company. Regarding kusarian business etiquette, please ignore my juvenility because I'm here about an equally profitable deal.

Our corporation is interested in buying some transport ships with sleek and functional design, that is capable of flying in asteroid fields but its also swift and offers a great cargo capacity. We have carried out a research to see what vessel would fill our needs and the acquisition department recommended to contact your company.

Taking our diplomatic and economic relation into account we would like to lease 3 Akegata transport vessels and we are willing to accept all terms and conditions regarding the correct usage of the ships. Naturally we would also require technical revision and repair service once in every two weeks or in case of emergency.

Yes, good choice, those are fine ships, especially when facing pirate attacks. As for the contract, Samura Heavy Industries can sell you the three Akegata ''K7: P-19T Kusari Container Transport'' you are asking for the price of 100 million sirius credits per transport. The contract will also include technical revision in every 2 weeks on Yokohama Shipyard in New Tokyo. As for the minor technical details, well, we can work that out along the way.

Our dealings with Kruger Mineralien in the past have always proven successful and brought great investments to Kusari. I wish that relations keep going for time to come and bring even better times for both Kruger and Samura and for both Rheinland and Kusari.

Thank you for your reply. No need to apologize for the delay, we understand such things especially in the case of a big company. Kruger Mineralen is willing to work with Samura Industries in the future and this step brings our corporations closer both in diplomatic relations and in economic terms.

As for the transport vessels, our corporate delegate will appear soon at your doorsteps with the requested ammount of cash which would be 300,000,000 millions credits. Bank transfers are quite unreliable due to high transaction traffic so we would like to pay with ready cash.
