My name is Finn McCool, Administrator of Ames Research Station. I am contacting you today in regards, as you may have guessed, Ames.

As you no doubt are aware, times are ever changing within ta systems of Sirius, an' as such ta need for upgrades an' refinements are needed. This is ta case for any establishment, whether planetside or void-based, starship or otherwise. With that said, I am lookin' t' reinforce or upgrade if you will Ames Research Station. With pirate activity increasin' in ta area, as well as ta movement of various Dark Matter clouds, time has come for us t' reinforce her.

Now, we already have teams in position t' bring supplies an' handle ta construction work, so your engineering teams won't be needed at this time, though should that change I'll be happy t' contact you further. What we do need or I should say, could use, would be ta original schematics for Ames. I assume with all projects that DSE has embarked on, that ta original plans an' contracts are kept on file. Should I be correct in my assumption, I hereby request a copy of ta blueprints/schematics for our viewing an' analysis, in order t' ensure any work or modifications done are in line with ta original engineering plans.

Please do let me know when ta schematics an' plans have been located, an' then we can proceed on finalizing either a trade or some mutually beneficial agreement.
