I've heard some interesting reports from some of ta higher ups within ta Liberty Navy... Now, I hear a lot of things, most I don' pay too much attention t'. Liberty keeps t' their business, I keep t' mine on Ames an' at Corinth. But when it potentially involves two captains in "Aquilon" class carriers breaking Liberty law, mooring at Ames, an' then possibly claimin' that ya own or run Ames? Sorry, but I have issue with that.

First off, let me introduce myself. Finn McCool, ta administrator of Ames Research Station. Now that I have introduced myself, it is time for you t' make a response an' introduce yourselves an' explain why I heard such things, an' if they have merit. Oh, an' just t' ensure I cover both sides, Admiral Polstari of ta Liberty Navy has been marked as a recipient t' this comm.

Let me remind you two though, before I hear back, that any actions that would hinder ta safety an' well-being of Ames citizens an' residents will be dealt with swiftly an' harshly. Like ta Administrator before me, I have an' will continue t' ensure ta independence an' freedom of Ames, even against fellow Zoners. You may not live by Liberty or Kusari laws, but you will heed them when flying through if ya ever wish safe mooring rights aboard Ames.
