I have to ask this:
Why are SVHF whitout zoom?
You have this new Bird of pray called Spital ...whitout zoom...
ship is huge and easy target...and whitout TS/TZ completely useless.
I don't know ...but perhaps you can give SVHF let's say not full zoom but just 3x or 4x zoom?

Don't people claim TZ is intended to stop BS' from obstructing too much of the screen?
GBs should have limited zoom, with only heavy battleships getting maximum zoom.
SHFs in general do need help though.

SHFs have 200 m/s thruster speed (means they can avoid being shot by caps) and crazy amount of b/b.
Even in dogfight one can last for some time and deal a considerable amount of damage before dying or retreating to base (given the player has aim).
I think SHFs are fine as they are.
Maybe they ALL could receive both double mines and extra CD/torp slots.
That can not make them overpovered, but makes them more desirable and versatile.

There should be like 3 clicks of zoom on everything. And that's it. So much re-balancing was done to cater to this unneeded addon that honestly made a big part of this game (ever improvable skill) a less important factor.
People are getting lazy with this auto aim that used to be considered a cheat... Soon they'll want it on everything.

THe Spat is a miner. For mining. Only thing it was designed to shoot is rocks. Even as it stands, its deadly used correctly, even when it was gunboat sized.
As to the non miner ones, they pack quite a punch and are pretty tough. Focus on fighter combat is how it should be, and always was: VHFs. Freelancer bread and butter, since vanilla.
Also its good to see you Veygaar, its boring to convoy when theres no-one to keep an eye out for.
