I think it would be smart to not go further than 4.87. Minor updates, sure, but if new updates mean cramming in buffer systems, 4.88 I can do without.

Badlands are moved into southern Pennsylvania with Buffalo staying inside them, a new buffer system is added between New York and Pennsylvania because Rogues and Liberty Navy can raid eachothers main bases too easily.
