First off, that's not exactly the nomad goal.
Second, some people in Gallia are probably infested, but not the leaders.

Well that doesn't necessarily mean humans know who all the infected are.
They act normal in most cases, merely a hidden agenda. Not true in all cases, however a few of them.
Gallia? Yeah, there perhaps are a few infected there, there are infected everywhere. Well. In most places at least. There are a few exemptions. (As far as you know)
