Attention, owners of Leeds Relief Station.
Your base in Leeds could not be found within the registry of approved bases and no plans for such a structure are in the process of being processed.
As such this base is considered an illegal installation according to Gallic law.
Please note we have placed an embargo upon all supplies and all ships trying to dock on this station. Until this is cleared up the base is considered as quarantined and all approaching vessels will be considered enemies of Gallia and discouraged with extreme prejudice.
Attempts to supply will be considered a direct act of war and will result in a full assault on the station.
We consider this a lenient position considering the base has already open fire upon GRN vessels without provocation.
However, please note this is an unauthorised base in a war zone, ultimate treatment of the base will be at the hands of GRN commanders who will be making field decisions as the situation unfolds. They thus have the ultimate Royal Sanction of disposing of the base if deemed an immediate strategic threat.
