captial ships in Omicron Alpha - Asmodean - 12-30-2013 Geetings, just have an "roleplay behavior" question. I recently spotted an Zoner Carrier in Omicron Alpha, while sailing an pirate train, with Outcast ID. I asked the Captain of the Carrier what he is doing in Malta and told him, that we don't want any foreign capital ships in core space. He defended, that he is working for the Outcast for a long time, so it should be ok for him to stay [While collecting data for Jump coordiantes!!!] I docked on Malta and reportet in rolplay to the authorities, then moved on to omicron 81, finishing my loop. Quote:[/color] Would it be ok, to return with my other navy Ship and force the intruder out of the core systems. Are there any exeptions for some Players?[e.g. permission from the council of dons?] Thanks in advance. RE: captial ships in Omicron Alpha - ProwlerPC - 12-30-2013 Sure. Bringing a Carrier to your capital planet uninvited is not a very neutrally thing for a Zoner to do. Still you are right, there might possibly be exceptions to this. Somehow I doubt it though. Shooting Zoners is kinda therapeutic anyways, even they shoot each other. RE: captial ships in Omicron Alpha - Mímir - 12-30-2013 If it was an Outcast in a Zoner Carrier, you shouldn't shoot him if he is on the same ID as you. If it is on a Zoner ID however you should shoot it. RE: captial ships in Omicron Alpha - Divine - 12-30-2013 First of all, there's no unified set of Outcast Laws you can point on to "enforce maltese laws"... There's a set of laws the Ghosts follow, which is a redone version of the previous CoDs outlined set of laws, which the 101st once agreed upon. [Maltese Laws] There's another set of "regulations" the Lance might follow. [weird Regulations] The one listed in the "Sirius Laws" section is something one-sided done by the reworked Council-of-Dons by the Contari Lance playerbase, and was not acknowledged by the 101st inRP in any way, ever. Because of this, you may not be able to find yourself "reporting" said warship to the authorities, but rather be able to voice your concern to either the Ghosts of Razgriz or the Contari Lance, which then on their own may act or not. There are indeed exceptions to the capital ship section of the laws, yet good luck in collecting all the data for that (I'm actually on about doing that, believe me, it's a pain). //Edit: If the ship itself had OC transponders and ID, he's actually free to fly whatever ship he wishes around maltese space, if it's not a ship produced by or loaded with gear produced by Nacions enemies. RE: captial ships in Omicron Alpha - Asmodean - 12-31-2013 Thanks for the advice so far. It was defenetly a Zoner. He carried a Zoner ID: I read both "laws" In this case, both state the same: Cruser class or higher Capital vessels are strictly forbidden in outcast core space. Quote:§2-2 // Laws for foreign entities & cargo ships Quote:2. Trade, Entry, and Construction Laws In the future I will ask him, if he has the permission of a maltese player faction, to be inside the core systems. With proof in the communication channel in the forum. If not, he will befriendly escorted out of the core systems.[Well, we all are friends, so force should not be necessary.......] Grettings Asmodean Sidenote: The [101st] state, that properly repped and equipped outcast ships are not allowed to dock on Captana and Corsica..........<-seriously, thats not gonna work! Hey! Are you guys still active? |
