Paladin Bretonian Imperial Fighter - Xing - 08-04-2008
The Paladin fighter is one of the eldest bretonian starfighter still in active service. Sometime referred as the "unicorn" (due to the antenna fixed right above its cockpit), these deadly machines were only given to some of the more prestigious imperial officers, often a Lord of the house. However, with the Kusari conflict, orders were given to accelerate the production of Paladin starfighters; nowaday, they are part of many elite bretonian fighter squads in an attempt to change the tide of war.

Painted on the hull of the Paladin, the Bretonian flag, as well as the emblem of the Royal Squadrons (RS).
(btw, the model is actually based off a TIE Interceptor for the curious:P)

It looks like a TIE Fighter... But still very nice. What are the plans? Maneuverable VHF? HF?
A little too much grey for a Bretonian ship, I think. Maybe some more of the rusty red?

I'm not exactly sure what it will be yet. What does Bretonia needs most atm? for the moment I've put 6 weapon plates intended for guns, 1 for cm 1 for mine and one for a thruster plus an additional one just in case. what you people suggest?

A heavy HF... All bret ships are pretty heavy, and what we really need is something in the median between our LF and the VHF, so something with moderate manuverability and 4-5 level 9 guns and a torp slot would be greatly appreciated.

Wow. That IS nice. You can see the TIE influence clearly enough, but it doesn't look at all like a rip-off or an import.
