[Message Begins]

A New Year has dawned upon us my friends, and with that new year comes a greater need for increased cooperation between our two organizations.

With the resurgence of Volgograd Industrial it has come to my attention that the current cargo capacity of the vessels we are using are insufficient in the long-run.

It is my belief that while it is certainly quite ugly and distasteful, the so called "Pirate Train" could be of use to us in a limited capacity. Of course, acquiring such a vessel is much more difficult for us than it might be for you. It is with this in mind that I respectfully ask you to act as a middle-man in order for us to acquire these vessels.

As a gesture of goodwill, I have taken the liberty of deploying the Coalition People's Warship Trotsky to Dublin in order to assist in securing the system so that the dream of an independent Dublin can be realized.

I look forward to your response.

Well isn't this interesting,

Two messages have come across my desk from you. Seems ta Coalition is taking more interest in Dublin space an' her inner workings than normal. But as you said, new times bring with it certain needs an' greater cooperation.

Now, as far as your need for our Pirate Trains. A shame you consider them so ugly. These beats pack a punch, do what is needed, and have a certain elegance t' them. Plus, you treat them right, they'll treat you right. Call them ugly an' distasteful? Who knows, maybe a turret will jam. Or a thruster will malfunction. Food for thought my friend...

Anyway, while we appreciate ta thought an' extending of your warship, ta Trotsky, within Dublin space, a warship doesn't provide ta materials needed t' build such vessels. I have spoken with other members of ta Council, as well as our head engineer over at Belfast, an' we have come t' ta conclusion that, for each Pirate Train ordered, a sum of 98 million credits per ship will suffice. Ta production costs for building ta Pirate Train normally, with all materials is roughly 90.5 million credits. For materials t' begin production, we determined that an additional 7.5million credits per Pirate Train will cover ta costs of materials needed for refining an'/or installation.

Our team at Belfast will accept ta 90mil once ta ships are ready onsite, but for each order of a Pirate Train, ta 7.5mil should be sent t' [M]-Bank1.

Please do send over your projected order, so that we can inform our team at Belfast how many Trains will be needed. Should ta above be acceptable, we will also inform them t' begin pre-production immediately, an' when payment is received full production will be granted.

We look forward t' hearing back, an of course seein' ta Trotsky within Dublin space.

Safe skies.
