Konnichiwa honorable sirs and madams,

I believe we have met before, my name is Yuto Nagatomo and I have been appointed by Samura Heavy Industries Board of Directors to make an agreement with Kruger Mineralien for mining services. Samura-Kruger relations are improving every day and we would like to take another step towards that end.

As you already know Samura's transports are flying regular routes from Kusari to Rheinland delivering all sorts of commodities and would like to transport something back to Kusari instead of flying empty transports, because that's just the waste of precious time. We are aware that you are skilled miners of Silver and Cobalt ore, which Samura and Kusari are in need and this is why I am contacting you. Samura Heavy Industries would like to contract Kruger Mineralien for mining services of both Silver and Cobalt ore in Kruger mining fields in Omega-7.

One last thing. We have received a transmission that Kruger Mineralien has built a base in Omega-7 especially made for storing mined ore. I would like to request docking access for all Samura|- tagged ships coming to Omega-7, because Kruger is busy very company and might not be able to mine ore for Samura transports every time our vessels arrive to Omega-7.

I look forward to working with Kruger Mineralien and I await your reply.

Arrigatou,
Yuto Nagatomo

Dear Mr Nagatomo,

My name is Anne Kulzer, representative of Krüger Minerals, but we have met before. Taking our relations and previous cooperations into account, our corporation decided to allow Samura|- tagged vessels docking on Reutlingen Storage Facility.

As you have mentioned, we would like to see Samura Industries and Krüger Minerals to work in partnership, not just for the profit but to improve the current economic state of our houses. Based on the above mentioned reasons, we would like to ask permission for Kruger| tagged vessels to dock on your station, Shiojiri Storage Depot, in Nagano.

Another request of our's would be to supply Mannheim Station, located in Frankfurt, with Helium 3. As you have mentioned Mr Nagatomo, your vessels are flying through Rheinland quite a lot, I hope this little detour won't affect your time schedule so badly. Also allowing us to mine in Hokkaido's helium fields would make the whole thing go easier for both of us.

About the mining services, as you might know, we work quite a lot, and having our own schedule its hard to find any gaps in the timeline. We will work for you of course, but I would recommend to contact our mining operators in this case. If you see them working on the field, feel free to ask their help. They will be informed and your transport will never return to Kusari without the requested minerals. We are working quite effectively so I hope there won't be any queues.

I look forward to your reply.

Yours faithfully,
Anne Kulzer

Konnichiwa Mrs. Kulzer,

Samura Board of Directors has discussed you docking permits to Shiojiri Storage Depot and in the spirit of cooperation, mutual benefit for our two companies and our two houses, has granted you docking rights to said station.

As for your other request related to Helium-3, Samura transports will start delivering Helium-3 to Mannheim Station from our reserves in Hokkaido. Samura miners will also be available to accommodate your transports with mining services in Hokkaido system. Alternatively, you have been given docking rights to Itabashi Station in New Tokyo if there are no miners present in Hokkaido system. At present time we can't allow to mine Helium 3 for your self in our mining fields for contractual reasons, I hope that won't be a problem, but as I said there will always be either a miner present in the field or Itabashi Station.

Arrigatou,
Yuto Nagatomo
