Konbanwa, I'm Inspector Okayama of the KSP. Today we have been deployed to investigate a ship detected in our surveillance network in the New Tokyo system. The oddity of the occurrence prompted our department to forward my report to your attention, so that you may be informed as quickly as possible.

During the night period patrol, the surveillance vessel KDS-Taka, based on Ohashi Border Station, detected a ship whose registry indicated that it belonged to Liberty Navy forces. We deployed to intercept as it traveled trough New Tokyo, heading to the Hokkaido jumpgate.

The ship, callsign LN-AOE-Black_Swan, came into sight near Narita Outpost, and ordered to stop near Yokohama Shipyard, which was immediately obeyed.

Communications were established, and the vessel purpose and destination determined:

I'm not sure if passing trough neutral space of another house territory to conduct such logistic missions is considered standard in any Navy training, but the idea that Liberty Navy ships traveling unannounced is somewhat disturbing.
Even tough the captain gave me some assurances that he would return the same way as soon as his logistic mission ended, I felt compelled to bring this to your attention.

Please accept our thanks for bringing this to our attention. Sadly, such an occurrence happens at times.
In no way are Liberty Naval Forces vessels allowed to transit through Kusari Sovereign space without permission.

As stated in Kusari Legal Codex. Violators must be either escorted out of Kusari, or destroyed, depending on the level of threat they represent.

Our patrols will keep an eye on the Liberty border more closely, as it seems relations with Liberty are getting worse.
