This is more of a reminder rather than access permission, there have been several times where your agents requested permission specifically to enter Liberty space for general tasks that involve political reasons within your Embassy.

We would just like to tell you that BIS vessels do not require special permission to access Liberty systems, you are authorized to enter and leave Liberty at will, as long as your operatives comply with Liberty Laws of course. We understand your security concerns for our systems and we are grateful for it, however, it will save both your operatives and ours if you could notify your agency that specific access permission isn't required.
