Official Agreement on Property Rights Transfer of the Muroto Trade Center

[1] The transfer of the Muroto Trade Center to the Kishiro Technologies will be made as a donation, without any payment.
[2] Kishiro Technologies will be the right owner of this base, being the only part from this agreement with access to the master password, necessary for the administration of this facility.
[3] The affiliation of Muroto Trade Center will be: Kishiro Technologies.
[4] Liberty Trade Shipping shall have access to a secondary administration password and the docking rights on this station will be granted by Kishiro Technologies for all vessels with call sign LTS| as long as their activities will not come in contradiction with the Kusari Legal Codex.
[5] The docking rights on this station will be always granted to Kusari Naval Forces, for potential inspections or in order to provide a source for supplying their fleet with nanobots and batteries.
[6] Kishiro Technologies shall have the full rights to set/remove the docking rights on this station for any others entities as long as are not violated paragraphs 4 and 5 of this agreement.
[7] Kishiro Technologies shall have the full rights to make its own choices related to what kind of factories or other upgrades will be developed on Muroto Trade Center.
[8] Liberty Trade Shipping shall have the right to use a portion from the storage space as depot for their legal commodities, but within reasonable limits, with the consent of the Kishiro Technologies.
[9] The maintenance of this base will be performed by the both parts, in good faith, without strict obligations in this regard, being their interest to keep the station in optimum operating conditions.
[10] If Muroto Trade Center will be the subject of a potential attack initiated by other entities, Kishiro Technologies will be the official part from this agreement that has the right to negotiate with those enemies and Liberty Trade Shipping is obliged to support their efforts to defend this base.
[11] Kishiro Technologies must to help the Liberty Trade Shipping in resolving any eventual conflict with other entities that claim rights over this station.
[12] If Kishiro Technologies will decide to sell/donate/destroy the Muroto Trade Center facility in less than 21 days from the date of signing of this agreement, then Liberty Trade Shipping will be compensated by the Kishiro Technologies with the amount of 1.000.000.000 Sirius Credits in 30 days from the moment when this event occurred.
