Sorry. It seems like every time I call you it's to ask a favor. I'm sure my folks would be very disappointed. Anyway; how're things back home? I was talking to Zack on the Silver Ocelot earlier, and he seemed to think you were still alive, which is always good news.

The Contents bought dinner at the hands of the Rheinlanders, unfortunately. I haven't had a chance to bury her properly yet, but she died well, for an old girl. I'm thinking I might have to name another ship in her honor, when I get the chance. In a twisted way the whole thing might've worked out for the best, considering I wouldn't be doing what I'm doing now if it hadn't. Anyway, that's not really what I'm writing about.

I'm heading out to Liberty over the next few days to sort out some things, and I was wondering if you might be available to catch up. There's a few things I'd like to ask about.

It's always nice to hear a familiar voice. Glad to see life on the rock hasn't worn you down too much. And teaching Jesse? I never pictured you as a screen-and-pointer type. Still, it's good he's settling in.

Anyway, I've got a few things to get settled on this end of the sector first, but it'd be good to catch up. Buffalo'll do nicely, I think I've still got the access codes programmed aboard Harmless, so getting aboard shouldn't be a problem, as long as the techs don't start taking parts off her again as soon as I touch down.

Sarah here (again). Might’ve taken me a while, but I’ve finally managed to weasel my way back to Liberty. The Raiders’ve loaned me an apartment, on the inner ring. Really lovely spot, it’s got running water and everything. Seems a little unearthly after all this time on asteroids, really. Anyway, it’d be good to catch up. I’ve got another pilot from the Widerstand with me. His name’s Alex, he’s pretty harmless, but he hasn’t been to Liberty before, so try not to traumatise him too much, okay? I can schedule a launch tomorrow to drop by Buffalo, if that works for you.

Oh no, we're not- I mean, that is- No. He's just a friend. He'd never visited Liberty before, and I figured that I may as well give him a tour, since I was going along that way anyway. And I guess he's harmless enough in both senses of the term, really. That's what I like about Liberty, anyway. Sure, it kicks you, but it kicks everyone. It's a weird sort of equality, when you get down to it. Might not end up being a problem after all. Alex's been a bit lethargic lately, so it'll probably just be me.

Nothing too big to worry about. Just wanted to talk about loaning a ship, and a couple of other things. Don't worry, I've got something to offer in exchange. I haven't completely forgotten how things work. That, and it'd be nice to just catch up. I've heard some odd rumors floating around it'd be good to clear up.

Is the Alcatraz Pub still open? It'd be good to see the old place again.
