To all of you,

What with the paperwork having to be gone through with the New Year, it has come to the forefront of my attention that there are still several unregistered or hostile bases within our Kingdom. Attached is a list of these bases and their locations:
(07-25-2012, 10:29 AM)Bretonia Police Authority Wrote: Puerta del Diablo - Cambridge F6
Goldern Coin - Dublin 7D
CGS|HQ - New London 3E
Latakia - Dublin 3G (30K below orbital plane)

I will leave it up to the Admiralty to organise our Fleet for their demolition, but all who serve the Crown will be available to support them. I expect the very best as always.

Best regards,
Deputy Commissioner Magnus Page

Splendid.... More work for our fleets.
Its a shame that in this war this kind of paperwork is something that is shuffled to the back. But i understand it all to well.

At least there is no time frame to complete this mission. We will try to free up battle groups to demolish this menace. We will do our duty as always.

For Queen and crown.
Adm. Ian Driscoll 5th Suffolk fleet.

With our resources stretched thin, I can't imagine it will be easy to deal with these bases at any great speed. With that said though, in order to make easier determination as to what it would take BAF to deal with these threats to our security, BIS agents were deployed to the fore mentioned locations and came back with the following results.

Goldern Coin
Base Classification- 4
Number of defenses present- 7
Defense Analysis-
Type 1 Turrets- 0
Type 2 Turrets- 5
Type 3 Turrets- 2
Position Notes- We found that the defenses are positioned in a mostly circular pattern around the station with additional defenses placed above and below. We found that positions below the station have created a small gap in the targeting zone where it was possible to be close enough to strike with siege weapons without taking fire back. Vessels at this position with long range weaponry should be able to strike the station with minimal threat.

CGS|HQ
Base Classification- 4
Number of defenses present- 8
Defense Analysis-
Type 1 Turrets- 0
Type 2 Turrets- 6
Type 3 Turrets- 2
Position Notes- The turrets on this station have a good encompassment of the area with anti-fighter weaponry close to the station and the heavy weapons further off. This is further complicated by the explosive gas field around it. We did find that it is possible to approach the station from the front and get close enough to use siege weapons without coming into range of the station guns. Further, the fighter defenses are placed above the station, making it quite possible for bomber approaches from the bottom without significant risk.

Special Note- Several passes via our pilots indicated two platforms that only fired when at less then 200 meters. One on the port side, another on the top starboard side. It is unknown if this was a weapons malfunction but both turrets were type 2.

Puerta Del Diablo
Base Classification- 4
Number of defenses present- 4
Defense Analysis-
Type 1 Turrets- 0
Type 2 Turrets- 4
Type 3 Turrets- 0
Position Notes- All four turrets are very close to the station. Attacking from the back side of the station should present minimal threat as all four are focused near the front with little coverage elsewhere.

Special Note- We are unsure why, but this station did not present itself as hostile. Agent vessels were able to approach without being fired upon. Reasons as to why require further investigation but we believe the stations targeting controls may be currently crippled.

Latakia
Base Classification- Unknown
Number of defenses present- Unknown
Defense Analysis-
Type 1 Turrets- Unknown
Type 2 Turrets- Unknown
Type 3 Turrets- Unknown
Position Notes- (We were unable to locate this base at the position it was last recorded at. Several scans of the area and the surrounding sectors yielded nothing but a small amount of wreckage. We believe the station was either dismantled or destroyed and are requesting independent confirmation from the military to determine what has happened to this station)

If we can be of further assistance, please let us know.
