Former members of Sakamoto's division

Since the revelations made to the press by the former Chief of Staff Admiral, Takahashi Mikako, the Naval Forces and its Admiralty have been suffering severe criticism.

I do understand you all might be disappointed about how things ended up for you.

We are aware of your good intentions; of the correctness of your cause.
Yet, the Admirals Circles couldn't tolerate the way this West quadrant division chose to act, cutting themselves from the chain of command and deciding on their own which path they should take.

An example had to be made, in order to maintain the integrity of our forces.

Unfortunately, following Takahashi's decision, the public opinion towards our Naval Forces has been consequently damaged. This is an issue that cannot be ignored, given the difficult situation the House of Kusari is in.
Such a circumstance forced the Ministry of Defence to react, in order to mitigate the turmoil caused by this unrest.

Consequently, all the personnel who belonged to former Rear-Admiral Sakamoto's division must return at once to Naval Forces headquarters, Planet New Tokyo.

I am afraid you - whom the public now considers heroes - aren't done serving the House of Kusari.
