G'day
If come to the conclusion that New York has become a WAR ZONE and all means of RP has died and has come to "Target spotted" "Charging weapons "Engaging target". That's the best of them and no dialog is formed in game anymore.
Its just my few point and experience and believe some others feels the same

When was there ever rp in New York, seriously? I cant remember when there has been RP in New York, not since before combat was turned on in New York. Really, I mean, even when you weren't allowed to fight in New York the RP was still crap.

Roleplay happens in New York, although in terms of "quantity" there's obviously a whole lot more random borderline out-of-roleplay crap going on at the same time.

And who do you blame for that?
The system owning factions and their allies or the people who challenge them?
How to stop if from being a war zone: Don't give them anything to make war on in liberty.
How to RP with them without being engaged: Talk to them on a character that can't be engaged by them.
How to make the "ENGAGING" people leave Liberty, if thats what you want: Give them stuff to engage elsewhere instead.
