Tenno Kogen-sama, it is an honor to speak with you.
I am Captain Hiroshi Konga of the Samura vessel Hakkan-Maru.
Samura Nora-sama has requested you attend his personal residence on Kyushu for discussions regarding the future of your return to Kusari.
Your safety will be assured during your visit and of course discretion will be upheld to maintain the safety of both Samura Omotai Zaibatsu as well as yourself.
He requests you to proceed to the private Samura starport located in Satomi prefecture so we may avoid any suspicion of unwanted guests.

Hiroshi-san,
While I would love to meet Nora-sama on Kyushu, I must say, it is a little impractical for me to get there, and while possible, quite a risk. I would like to suggest an alternate location where we can both feel secure and safe with little risk. Have him meet me at Cape Soya station. Ambassador Barak has given me safe haven there, and it is perhaps the most secure location left in Kusari. You should know, Samura built it to be such.
