All Guild pilots are to actively seek out and report all vessels carrying, or utilising, any nomad technology. Full scans of said vessels should be sent directly to my offices, utilising the following channel.
Directive 571 - Report Channel
We are specifically, but not solely, interested in military and corporate vessels.
Where possible - ie under the auspices of collecting bounties - these vessels should be neutralised, and their cargoes destroyed. Where destruction of the vessel is not possible, destruction of the cargo is sufficient. It goes without saying that any military or police vessels should not be engaged in any way.
