A bad quality audio message is broadcasted every hour. It has no security encryption so it can be received by any ship or base that is in Kepler and has a strong enough comm receiver.

This is Bounty Hunter Calintia to Zoner Control, Kusari Naval Command & Libery Navy Command. I am forwarding the following message that my ship received during a routine sweep of the Kepler system. I attempted to conduct a sensor sweep of all known radiation clouds within the system to locate the exact position of the ship in distress but with no success. At this time of 10:56 Sirius Time, I am requesting more support to conduct a more thorough sweep of the system if the resources can be allocated.
